Claims (1)
- 上部ケーシングの内側に組込まれた案内板と下
部ケーシングの内側に組込まれた分級板との間に
分級室を形成し、上部ケーシングの下端に設けら
れたアツパーリングと下部ケーシングの上端に設
けられたロワーリングとの間に複数のガイドベー
ンを周方向に所要の間隔をおいて設け、隣接する
ガイドベーン間より分級室内に流入する二次エア
により分級室内で旋回する粉体の旋回速度を加速
して粉体を微粉と粗粉とに遠心分離する気流分級
機において、前記ガイドベーンのそれぞれをアツ
パーリングとロワーリングで両端部が支持された
支持ピンを中心に回動自在に支持し、アツパーリ
ングとガイドベーン間又はロワーリングとガイド
ベーン間に外部から回動操作される調整リングを
組込み、その調整リングとガイドベーンの対向面
一方にガイドピンを設け、他方にそのガイドピン
が挿入されるガイド孔を形成し、このガイド孔を
長孔とし、その両端と調整リングの中心間の距離
が相違するようガイド孔を傾斜させたことを特徴
とする気流分級機。
