着と真空破壊によりワークの取り出しと配置を行
う真空吸着パツトが取付けられ、アームの旋回と
上下の移動により、ワークの吸着、移動、配置の
動作を行う旋回型ピツクアンドプレースユニツト
に於て、アーム回転中心の固定軸に、アームの上
下と、回転、移動時に、真空排気を行う第1の貫
通穴と第2の貫通穴と、真空破壊を行う第3の貫
通穴とを少なくとも1組以上複数組設け、中心の
固定軸に設けた第1の貫通穴と第2の貫通穴は固
定軸外側面で真空溝に連結し、第2の貫通穴の下
方に伸びる真空溝は、第3の貫通穴から伸びる外
周に沿う真空破壊溝に切換え連結するよう構成し
てあり、固定軸を中心に固定軸の外周を回転する
軸受に設けた貫通孔は夫々のアーム先端に取り付
けた真空パツトに連結し、軸受に連結する空気供
給アームと、スライドシヤフト内部に設けた管は
、モータの回転とカムによるアームの旋回と上下
移動時に第1の貫通穴と第2の貫通穴と真空溝位
置につらなる位置にあるアームは真空パツトへ吸
着空気を供給し、アームの位置が第3の貫通穴位
置で最下端時に於ける真空破壊溝の位置では、溝
への真空吸着から真空破壊への切換を自動的に行
う事により、ワークの吸着、移動、配置の動作を
