Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, the nozzle tip of a fuel injection burner used in a fuel injection part of a boiler, heating furnace, etc. that operates continuously for a long period of time may be damaged for a short period of time due to the passage of foreign matter contained in the fuel. During this process, the orifice portion in particular suffers erosion and deformation, and the hole diameter changes due to wear of the orifice.

The orifice member 2 is fitted into a recess 5 formed at the tip of the outer peripheral structure 1, and
It is fixed to the entire outer periphery structure 1 so that it will not come off by means of fixing pieces 6 (in the embodiment, there are four places equally spaced around the circumference) formed by caulking several locations on the outer periphery. In this way, the orifice 4 and the high temperature fluid flow path 3 are connected.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above explanation, the orifice member is made of non-oxide ceramics with extremely excellent heat resistance and wear resistance, and a concave portion with the same diameter as the orifice member is formed at the tip of the outer peripheral structure. Then, a part of the outer peripheral structure made of heat-resistant metal is caulked and the orifice member is fitted into the recess and fixed, so that when performing the caulking work, the orifice member can be fixed evenly and reliably in the optimum position. Moreover, even when used in fuel injection parts of boilers and heating furnaces that operate continuously for long periods of time, the orifice will not melt or deform, and not only can the life of the nozzle be extended, but the orifice can be removed simply by caulking. Since the member is fixed to the outer peripheral structure, cracking due to thermal expansion of the orifice member can be suppressed.
Moreover, an excellent effect is obtained in that the orifice member can be easily replaced.
