However, since it is impossible to do so manually, the connector 4 of the broken cross chain 3 is expanded and removed using the provided machine, and the base end of the connector 4 of the new cross chain 3 is attached to the chain rings 1a and 2a of the parallel side chains 1 and 2 from below. It will be installed by folding it upwards.

In some cases, the machine has to be discarded even though it is not damaged in any way, and since the machine is large, it cannot be kept on the vehicle all the time. Therefore, if the cross chain 3 breaks while driving, it cannot be replaced with a new one, and the vehicle must continue driving while hitting the mud on the tires, making noise, which is unpleasant and very dangerous, and also damages the vehicle body.

While the chain ring forms a locking stepped portion that can be freely locked, a hook portion that can be locked at the curved tip is provided continuously to the locking stepped portion, so that the end of the cross chain can be freely attached and detached. It is a tire chain.

is a parallel side chain, group 7 is a cross chain made of hardened boron steel, and 8 is a connector, in which the parallel base end is passed through chain rings 1a and 2a at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction of parallel side chains 1 and 2 from below. It is attached rotatably and non-removably by the parallel folding attachment parts 8a, 8b of the base half folded in, and the front half is expanded on both sides and the tip is curved upward, while the parallel folding attachment parts 8a, The tip of the locking rod 9, which is rotatably attached to the folded attachment part 9a which is inserted between the chains 1a and 8b and inserted through the chain rings 1a and 2a from above, is raised upward to attach the chain at the end of the cross chain 7. 4図参照]。 Since this embodiment adopts such a specification aspect, as shown in Fig. 2, the cross chain 7 is closed during installation and use.
The chain ring 7a at the end is locked to the locking stepped portion 9b by its tensile force, and the hook portion 9c of the locking rod 9 is bent back to the tip 8c.
If the chain ring 7a at the end of the cross chain 7 does not come off due to being pressed by the chain ring 7a, and if the cross chain 7 is broken or is badly worn and you want to replace it with a new one, loosen the cross chain 7 and remove it as shown in Figure 3. It can be easily removed by lifting the chain ring 7a and locking rod 9 at the end of the cross chain 7, pulling out the chain ring 7a from the hook part 9c, and pulling it out below the connector 8 [see FIG. 4].

実用性、有用性を発揮する。[Effects of the invention] In this way, the cross chain end is configured to be easily attached and detached by hand to the connector, which eliminates the need for conventional mechanical force, and allows for immediate replacement of old and new cross chains on site in the event of breakage during running. Since the chain can be replaced, it does not generate noise during subsequent driving and does not damage the mud on the tires, and at least the cross chain is made of hardened boron steel, so when compared to conventional models of the same standard, Approximately 300 km/h on a snowy expressway
It is capable of covering Km and is about three times more durable, demonstrating its excellent practicality and usefulness, making it indispensable for postal vehicles in winter in snowy regions.
