The lightweight aerated concrete panel of No. 48993 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 146542/1983) has strength and fire resistance, but the panel itself has the disadvantage of insufficient insulation, and the wiring and piping etc. Seams, etc. must be processed, making it difficult to attach electrical appliances, etc. to the necessary locations. Also ALC board,
For PC boards, etc., attach the rim on site when installing the panel,
Insulating material may be inserted, but this has the disadvantage that if the panels are arranged vertically, the rim will appear horizontally, and if wiring or piping is to be installed, holes must be drilled in the rim, which is a complicated process. Another disadvantage is that the dimensional accuracy of the concrete-to-concrete panel connections is poor, making them prone to leaks.

つた。[Disclosure of the invention] The lightweight aerated concrete panel of the present invention has a mesh reinforcement 3 arranged on one side of a metal frame A consisting of a surrounding metal frame 1 and a metal rim 2 constructed within the surrounding metal frame 1. The mesh reinforcement 3 is attached to the metal frame A so that the outer periphery of the mesh reinforcement 3 is separated from the outer peripheral surface of the frame 1 toward the inner periphery, and lightweight cellular concrete is applied to both sides of the mesh reinforcement 3 so that the mesh reinforcement 3 is enclosed. 4, a heat insulating material 6 is filled between the interior material 5 attached to the other side of the metal frame A and the lightweight aerated concrete 4, and wiring 7 and piping 8 are buried within the heat insulating material 6. By configuring as described above, the drawbacks of the conventional example are solved. In other words, mesh reinforcements 3 are provided on one side of a metal frame A consisting of a surrounding metal frame 1 and a metal rim 2 installed within the surrounding metal frame 1, and the mesh reinforcements 3 are attached to the metal frame A. By attaching the lightweight aerated concrete 4 so that the striations 3 are included, it has strength and fire resistance. By filling the insulating material 6 between them, it is possible to improve the heat insulation properties, and by burying the wiring 7 and piping 8 in the insulating material 6, the wiring 7 and piping 8 can be installed in advance at the factory.
The mesh reinforcement 3 is attached to one side of the metal frame A so that the outer periphery of the mesh reinforcement 3 is separated from the outer periphery of the surrounding metal frame 1 toward the inner periphery. By attaching the lightweight aerated concrete 4 so that the mesh reinforcement 3 is included, the lightweight aerated concrete 4 does not protrude from the outer peripheral surface of the surrounding metal frame 1, and when connecting the panels, the surrounding metal frames 1 are butted against each other to achieve dimensional accuracy. I am now able to connect well and avoid leaks.

することにより行なわれる。 The surrounding metal frame 1 has a U-shaped cross section and a rectangular appearance. A metal frame body A is formed by installing a metal rim 2 having a U-shaped cross section between the upper and lower sides of the surrounding metal frame 1. The surrounding metal frame 1 and metal rim 2 are made of metal such as steel. The mesh strips 3 are formed by weaving vertical strips 3a and horizontal strips 3b in a lattice shape, and the outer shape of the mesh strips 3 is smaller than the outer shape of the surrounding metal frame 1. This mesh reinforcement 3 is arranged on one side of the metal frame A and is attached to the metal frame A. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the mesh reinforcement 3 is directly attached to the metal frame A, and in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 is mounted floating on one side of the metal frame A. Furthermore, since the outer shape of the mesh reinforcement 3 is smaller than the outer diameter of the surrounding metal frame 1, the mesh reinforcement 3 is attached so that the outer periphery of the mesh reinforcement 3 is separated from the outer peripheral surface of the surrounding metal frame 1 toward the inner peripheral side (l dimension). Both sides of this mesh reinforcement 3 are made of lightweight aerated concrete 4 by casting etc.
is molded and hardened, and lightweight aerated concrete 4 is applied so as to enclose the mesh reinforcements 3. An uneven pattern 11 is formed on the outer surface of the lightweight cellular concrete 4. An interior material 5 is attached to the other side of the metal frame A, and a heat insulating material 6 is filled between the lightweight aerated concrete 4 and the interior material 5, and inside the heat insulating material 6 there are wires 7 and Piping 8 is installed inside. The lightweight foamed concrete panels thus formed are used to form the outer walls of buildings, and adjacent lightweight foamed concrete panels are connected to each other by butting the surrounding metal frames 1 together and connecting them with connectors.

Since the lightweight cellular concrete was attached to the panel so that the mesh reinforcement was included, the lightweight cellular concrete can bear the horizontal and vertical loads of the entire panel, significantly improving its strength, and of course maintaining fire resistance. Insulating material is filled between the interior material attached to the other side of the metal frame and the lightweight aerated concrete, which improves insulation properties, and the part exposed to the outdoors during construction is made of lightweight aerated concrete. Since the metal frame body is formed by constructing a metal frame on the surrounding metal frame, the overall weight can be reduced even if it is a concrete panel. This material can be reinforced with foam, which strengthens the metal frame and improves the strength of the lightweight aerated concrete panel. Moreover, since the wiring and piping are buried within the insulation material, the wiring and piping can be reinforced in advance at the factory. In addition, the mesh reinforcement is attached to one side of the metal frame so that the outer periphery of the mesh reinforcement is further away from the outer periphery of the surrounding metal frame toward the inner periphery. Since the lightweight aerated concrete is attached so that the mesh reinforcement is included, the lightweight aerated concrete does not protrude beyond the outer circumferential surface of the surrounding metal frame, and when connecting panels, the surrounding metal frames can be butted against each other and connected with good dimensional accuracy. It does not cause misalignment of construction and does not leak.
