うなガイドレールの製造装置としては、特開昭56
−93993号公報や特開昭56−93531号公報で見受け
られるように、フオーミングマシンを介して所定
形状に形成されたガイドレールを脱脂機にかけて
異物、油分を除去し、更に接着剤塗布機で接着剤
を塗布すると共に、緩衝材の押出成形機で嵌合溝
の対向端縁に緩衝材を押付け、更にロールやダイ
スならびに冷却機を経るという一連の成形機や各
装置類を用いるものが提唱されている。しかるに
このものでは、フオーミングマシンの他に、前記
脱脂機、接着剤塗布機、冷却機等の多くの機械装
置を別途組込まなければならず、工程数も多くな

創案されたものであつて、所定のガイドレール形
状に形成するフオーミングマシンと、そのフオー
ミングマシンの下流側に配備され嵌入凹溝を有す
る緩衝材を巻回した供給ロールと、その供給ロー
ルの下流側に配備され周面に上記緩衝材を受ける
受け溝を備えた複数のガイドロールとからなり、
該ガイドロールは、移送されるレール材内におい
て所定位置でそれぞれ独立して回動するように支
持せしめると共に、上記受け溝で受けた緩衝材を
レール材の端縁側に向けて順次偏位案内して、緩
衝材がレール材端縁に嵌入するよう、配列されて

ルBには、予め射出成形等の手段によつて形成さ
れた緩衝材1が巻回されており、この供給ロール
Bの更に下流側には、複数のガイドロールCが配
備されている。このガイドロールCの外周面に
は、上記供給ロールBから繰り出される緩衝材1
を受ける受け溝2が形成されているが、これらガ
イドロールCは、外径寸法が略等しい一対のガイ
ドロールCを、前記フオーミングマシンAから移
送されるレール材D内においてそれぞれ独立して
回動するよう支軸を介して吊持したものを、下流
側ほど漸次外径寸法が大きくなるよう所定間隔を
存して配列してあり、これによつて受け溝2で受
けられた緩衝材1は、レール材Dの開口側端縁部
に形成された折曲片d側に向けて順次偏位案内さ
れるようになつており、そして最終端のガイドロ
ールC1において、緩衝材1の嵌入凹溝に折曲片
dが嵌入するように構成されている。尚、3は前
記供給ロールBから繰出される緩衝材1を最始端
のガイドロールCの受け溝に案内する為のガイド
