【考案の詳細な説明】
〔技術分野〕
本考案は、門扉にひじつぼを取り付ける技術の

従来から門扉にひじつぼを取り付けるにあたつ
て第3図乃至第7図に示すような構造のものが知
られている。すなわち門扉1の側端面部に側方開
口の縦長の溝2を設け、この溝2の開口部3の幅
を内部溝部4の幅よりも狭くし、第7図に示すよ
うに内部溝部4内にスライド板6をスライド自在
に挿入し、ひじつぼ受け金具7を門扉1の側端面
部に当て、ひじつぼ受け金具7に挿入したボルト
9をスライド板6に螺合することによりひじつぼ
受け金具7を門扉1の側端面部の任意の高さに取
り付けるようになつている。ここで上記のように
溝2を縦長にしてスライド板6をスライド自在に
することでひじつぼ受け金具7の取り付け高さを
調整できるようにしたのは門柱12に設けたひじ
つぼ本体13にひじつぼ受け金具7を回動自在に
取り付けるに当たり高さ調整ができるようにする
ためである。しかして上記のような従来例にあつ
ては、第7図に示すようにボルト9の先端が収納
できるように内部溝部4の奥行きはスライド板6
よりもかなり広くなつていた。ここでひじつぼ受
け金具7を取り付けるためボルト9を締め付ける
と、第3図に示すようにスライド板6が曲がつて
いき、更に締め付けるとスライド板6が抜け落ち
るという問題があつた。

本考案の門扉のひじつぼ取り付け構造は、門扉

成し、開口部3の幅を内部溝部4の溝幅よりも狭
くし、内部溝部4の奥行きを内部溝部4にスライ

くし、ひじつぼ受け金具7に開口部3の奥行きよ
りも若干短い突出長さの開口部挿入用突部8を突
設し、ひじつぼ受け金具7を門扉1の側端面部に
当てると共に開口部挿入用突部8を開口部3内に
挿入してひじつぼ受け金具7に挿入したボルト9
を内部溝部4にスライド自在に挿入したスライド
板6に螺合し、上記ボルト9の先端を中央凹部5
内に入れて成るものであつて、このような構成を
採用することで上記の従来の問題点を解決したも
のである。すなわち本考案にあたつては、ボルト
9を締めてスライド板6が曲がり始めると開口部
挿入用突部8がスライド板6に当たつてそれ以上
の締めすぎがないものであり、また内部溝部4の
奥行きをスライド板6の肉厚よりも若干広くし、
ボルト9の先端を中央凹部5内に入れるので、内
部溝部4の奥行きが従来のように広くなくて、ボ
ルト9の締め付けでスライド板6が少し変形する
とスライド板6の両端が内部溝部4の奥壁に当た
つてそれ以上のスライド板6の変形を防止するよ
うになつているものである。

あり、いわゆるつぼ金物の例が示してある。した
がつて門扉1を取り付けるための門柱12側に取
り付けられるひじつぼ本体13はひじを突出した
ひじ金物である。そしてひじ金物のひじをつぼ金
物のつぼに回動自在に挿入することでいわゆるひ
じつぼが構成されるものである。勿論門扉1に取
り付ける方のひじつぼ受け金具7をひじを突出し
たひじ金物とし、門柱12に取り付ける方のひじ
つぼ本体13をつぼ11を有するつぼ金物として
もよいものである。しかしてひじつぼ受け金具7
を門扉1の側端面部に当てると共に開口部挿入用
突部8を開口部3内に挿入し、ひじつぼ受け金具
7のボルト挿入孔に挿入したボルト9を内部溝部
4にスライド自在に挿入したスライド板6に螺合
してボルト9を締め付けることによりひじつぼ受
け金具7を門扉1の側端面部の任意の高さの箇所
に取り付けるのである。この場合、上記ボルト9

がないものであり、また溝を開口部と内部溝部と
内部溝部の奥の中央を凹ませて設けた中央凹部と
で構成し、内部溝部の奥行きを内部溝部にスライ
ド自在に入れたスライド板の肉厚よりも若干広く
し、ボルトの先端を中央凹部内に入れてあるの
で、内部溝部の奥行きが従来のように広くなく
て、ボルトの締め付けでスライド板が少し変形す
るとスライド板の両端が内部溝部の奥壁に当たつ
てそれ以上のスライド板の変形を防止するもので
あり、この結果本考案にあつては、スライド板の
変形を防止すると共にスライド板の溝からの脱落
を防止できるものである。
