部が耕耘軸1の軸心Oと直交するように固着され
ており、この爪座2には取付孔2aが穿設されて
いる。 爪座2に取付けられる耕耘爪3は、そのシヤン
ク部に、爪座2に対応して長方形状の凹部4を形
成し、この凹部4には前記取付孔2aと対応する
取付孔4aが穿設されており、図示のように取付
孔2a,4aにボルトを挿通し、ナツトで締付け
て爪座2に対し耕耘爪3を固定するようにしてい
る。また、第1図で明らかなように、耕耘爪3の
耕耘軸1の外周と接する基端内周縁は、耕耘軸1
の外周と同じ曲率の円弧で弯曲形成されている。 耕耘爪3は、平面形状が紡錘形状の長手方向両
端部をカツトしたような形状をなし、耕耘軸1の
軸心Oから放射方向に延びる縦刃部3aと、この
縦刃部3aの先端側を折曲線Xに沿つて一側に折
曲(約60度)した横刃部3b(第3図参照)とか
らなり、その先端部の幅Mの中央と、耕耘軸1の
中心Oとを結ぶ直線ORと、耕耘軸1の中心Oと
爪座2の取付孔2aおよび凹部4の取付孔4aの
中心を通る直線OPとの間は偏位角ωだけ後述す
る逆転(UC)側にずれている。そして、耕耘軸
1および耕耘爪3は、ロータリ耕耘装置が第1図
の矢印方向に移動するとき、正転方向(ダウンカ
ツト=DC方向)、あるいは逆転方向(アツプカツ
ト=UC方向)の何れにも回転可能となつている。 また、耕耘爪3の左右両側縁部には、刃縁5,
6が形成されており、この刃縁5,6は、第1図
から明らかなよう排絡性を有しており、その基部
は、前記爪座2の取付孔2aおよび凹部4の取付
孔4aの耕耘軸1の外周との距離より耕耘軸1側
寄りから設けられ、横刃部3bの先端まで連続し
て形成されている。 このように構成された正逆回転用耕耘爪におい
ては、まず耕耘軸1および耕耘爪3が正転(第1
図の矢印DC方向)するときは、縦刃3aおよび
横刃部3bは、従来周知のナタ爪と同様のダウン
カツト作用をして反転性のよい耕耘作業を行い、
また、耕耘軸1および耕耘爪3が逆転(第1図の
矢印UC方向)するときは、従来周知のL型爪と
同様の放てき性のよいアツプカツト作用により耕
耘作業を行うが、この場合、耕地への打込みは、
既耕地側になるので、L型爪と同様の作用でも耕
耘抵抗は少くてすむ。また、正逆両回転とも、耕
耘爪3は凹部4内に爪座2を位置させて取付孔2
a,4aを介して堅固に固着されており、さらに
刃縁5,6は排絡性を有しているうえ、刃縁5,
6の基端部は取付孔2a,4aより耕耘軸1側寄
りから形成されているので、圃場に散在する藁稈
等を切断、排絡処理して、これらが、取付孔2
a,4aに挿通されているボルト・ナツトや耕耘
