- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 両端部が開放された空洞胴体と、この空洞
胴体の両端部にボルト締めによりそれぞれ取り付
けられた端板とで高周波加速空洞が構成され、 これら端板の一方の中心軸には電子発生装置が
配設され、他方の端板の中心軸上には電子ビーム
出射ポートが形成されてなる高周波電子銃。 (2) 前記電子発生装置の配設位置を前記一方の
端板の中心軸上に沿つて調整する電子発生装置位
置調整機構を具備してなる請求項１記載の高周波
電子銃。 (3) 前記電子ビーム出射ポートにその中心軸に
沿つて移動可能なプランジヤを装着してなる請求
項１または２記載の高周波電子銃。
