This stainless steel filth catch gutter has excellent strength and corrosion resistance, but urinary stones contained in filth or urine adhere to the gutter and accumulate, so remove the accumulated urinary stones with a knife, etc. In addition, since the receiving gutter is heavy, it must be securely fixed to the machine frame with bolts and nuts, and there is a drawback that it takes time and effort to install and remove it.

用するものである。(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a structure in which a large number of experimental animal breeding cages 2 are arranged in support frames 1a in multiple upper and lower stages.
The dirt receiving troughs 3a to 3c with a gentle downward slope are arranged below the two groups of cages in each stage, and the opposing ends of the dirt receiving troughs 3a to 3c located above and below are communicated with each other. In the experimental animal breeding apparatus, which has a zigzag-shaped running water gutter 3 and allows washing water to flow down the running water gutter 3, each of the dirt receiving troughs 3a to 3c at each level is entirely made of reinforced plastic. The side wall portions 7, 7 have engaging portions 8, 8 having a substantially L-shaped cross section projecting outward from their respective upper ends, and each of the dirt receiving troughs 3
Both side wall portions 7, 7 of a to 3c are connected to each support frame 1a.
It is fitted between a pair of support walls 6, 6 arranged and fixed in parallel at a predetermined interval above, or between both side walls 23, 23 of the existing stainless steel dirt receiving gutter 20, The L-shaped engaging portion 8 is removably fitted to the upper end edge of each of the support walls 6 or the upper end edge of each side wall portion 23 of the existing stainless steel dirt receiving trough 20. This will be adopted.

ている。(Embodiment) FIGS. 1 and 2 show a laboratory animal breeding apparatus which is an embodiment of the present invention, and include a plurality of upper and lower support frames 1a having a rectangular shape in plan view, and each of the support frames 1a. A stainless steel machine frame 1 is provided, which consists of columns 1b that are integrally connected to each other, and a large number of experimental animal breeding cages 2 are horizontally removable on the upper three-stage support frame 1a via guide rails 2a. are arranged in Further, on each support frame 1a below the 2 groups of cages in each stage, there are dirt receiving troughs 3a to 3 with a gentle downward slope.
A zigzag-shaped running water gutter 3 is formed by placing a drain gutter 3c and opposing ends of the dirt receiving gutter 3a to 3c located above and below the drain gutter 3a to 3c communicating with each other via the communication gutter 3d and 3e. Therefore, the uppermost support frame 1a
When the water supply device 4 provided above is operated to supply washing water from the water supply tube 4a to the running water gutter 3, the washing water removes the filth and urine that have fallen from each cage 2 into the waste receiving troughs 3a to 3c. It's starting to get washed away.

するスプレーアツプ法がある。 The waste receiving troughs 3a to 3c are entirely made of reinforced plastic (FRP), and are light and durable.
Will not corrode. Furthermore, due to the non-adhesive property unique to reinforced plastic, urinary stones contained in filth and urine do not adhere or accumulate on the sewage troughs 3a to 3c, and simply by flushing the cleaning water, the urinary stones contained in filth and urine can be removed from the sewage troughs 3a to 3c.
You can wash away the dirt on top, including urinary stones. The method for molding reinforced plastics is, for example, by stacking glass fiber cloth or glass fiber mat on the top of a mold, which is made by adding a catalyst or accelerator to polyester resin, and then molding it into the desired shape by applying rollers to it. There is a so-called hand lay-up method in which the material is molded, and a spray-up method in which the product is formed by spraying with a spray gun.

FIG. 4 shows the dirt receiving trough 3c at the lowest level, and each dirt receiving trough 3a, 3b, 3c consists of a pair of supports arranged and fixed in parallel at a predetermined interval on the support frame 1a. Both side wall parts 7, 7 that can be fitted between the walls 6, 6
has. These side wall portions 7, 7 have engaging portions 8, 8 having a substantially L-shaped cross section projecting outward from their respective upper end edges, and each L-shaped engaging portion 8 is connected to each support wall 6. It is formed so that it can be fitted and fixed to the upper edge using the elasticity peculiar to reinforced plastic.

構造である。 The communication troughs 3d and 3e have a flat, substantially rectangular cylindrical shape, and are bolted to the column 1b of the machine frame 1 with bolts 11 (see Fig. 2), and their upper openings 12 are connected to the two upper tiers of dirt receiving troughs. Fitted onto the downstream ends of 3a and 3b,
The lower opening 13 has two lower tiers of dirt receiving gutter 3b,
It is fitted inside the upstream end of 3c. The materials of the communication gutters 3d and 3e include those of the dirt receiving gutters 3a to 3c.
Similarly, reinforced plastic is preferable, but stainless steel may be used as usual, since the flow rate of the cleaning water passing through the communication gutter 3d, 3e is fast and dirt is difficult to adhere to the inner surface of the communication gutter 3d, 3e. .
Note that the water supply cylinder 4a also has the same structure as the communication gutters 3d and 3e.

In addition to the engaging parts 8, 8 of the waste receiving troughs 3a to 3c, there are also downstream end bent parts 21, 21 and upstream end bent parts 2.
2 are respectively engaged with the side wall portions 23 of the stainless steel dirt receiving trough 20, the plastic dirt receiving troughs 3a to 3c can be reliably attached to the stainless steel dirt receiving trough 20, and the existing breeding Even if the stainless steel waste receiving gutter 20 is installed in the apparatus, it can be used as a pedestal and the plastic receiving gutter 3a to 3c can be easily attached thereto without removing the stainless steel waste receiving gutter 20.

な効果がある。 In particular, according to the present invention, since the entire waste catch gutter is made of reinforced plastic, it is much lighter than conventional stainless steel waste catch gutter, and it is easy to install on a support frame or an existing stainless steel waste catch gutter. At first, the both side walls of the reinforced plastic dirt catcher can be fitted between both support walls on the support frame or between the both side walls of the existing stainless steel waste catcher to form an L-shape at the top of each side wall. By simply pressing the engaging part downward, the engaging part is elastically deformed and fixed to the upper edge of each of the supporting walls or the upper edge of the side wall, and when removed, the entire reinforced plastic dirt receiving gutter is removed. By simply pulling up forcibly, the engaging portion is separated from the upper edge of each of the support walls or the upper edge of the side wall through the same elastic deformation as described above. Therefore, there is a special effect that attachment and detachment can be performed extremely easily. be.
