第１図は、この考案の一実施例に係る光センサ
用発光ダイオードの側面図である。第２図は、実
施例に係る光センサ用発光ダイオードの動作を説
明するための側面図である。第３図は、本考案に
使用される波長帯域制限型エポキシの透過特性を
示す図である。第４図は従来の光センサの斜視図
である。第５図は、第４図に示した光センサを指
に装着した状態を示す断面図である。第６Ａ図は
、従来の発光ダイオードの一例を示す平面図であ
り、第６Ｂ図は側面図である。第７図は、従来の
発光ダイオードの問題点を説明するための図であ
る。 図において、１２は基板、２１は第１の透明体
層、２２は第２の透明体層、ＰＤはフオトダイオ
ード、ＬＥＤ１，ＬＥＤ２はＬＥＤチツプを示す
。なお、各図中、同一符号は同一または相当部分

傍に配置され、前記発光素子からの光を受光し、
それによつて前記発光素子の温度変化に伴う光量
の変化を検知する受光素子と、 前記発光素子および前記受光素子を覆うように
前記基板の上に設けられた第１の透明体層と、 前記第１の透明体層の上に設けられた第２の透
明体層と、 を備えた、光センサ用発光ダイオード。
