Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 第１の基板上に形成された受光素子と、第２の
基板上に形成された発光素子とを透光層を挟んで
相対向するように配置し、前記発光素子からの光
を前記第２の基板の反発光素子側に配置した原稿
面に照射させ、その反射光が前記受光素子に入射
するようにした画像読取装置において、 前記第２の基板より屈折率の小さい媒体で前記
透光層を形成したことを特徴とする画像読取装置
。
