As disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 50-32664 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-31443, a molten mixture containing paraffin wax or crystal wax as a main ingredient is applied to crepe paper made by applying extremely fine crepe processing to Japanese paper. There are known products that apply a so-called brazing process.

The moisture and strength are lost, and the texture becomes completely different from that of fresh flowers or actual bonsai.

ある。 In addition, when expressing the smoothness of real leaves, it is necessary to rub the crepe paper's wrinkles to make it smooth, but crepe wax paper for artificial flowers is
This “wrinkle” is a “wrinkle” that is stronger due to the wax content.
Because of this, it is not easy to smooth the surface, and there is a risk that the wax may peel off during the process.

虞れもある。 Furthermore, if crepe wax paper for artificial flowers is placed in a high-temperature location (near the hot air outlet of an air conditioner, near the rear glass of a car, etc.), the wax content tends to melt due to the heat, and the paper will polymerize and become unusable. There is a possibility that this will happen.

結果、本発明を完成するに至つたものである。(Means for Solving the Problems) The present inventor has been involved in the production of artificial flowers, shaped bonsai, etc. using crepe waxed paper for artificial flowers as a material for many years, and found that none of the above problems were solved by waxing. As a result of various studies and repeated studies on methods of manufacturing artificial flower paper that has the texture of fresh flowers or actual bonsai without waxing, we have finally completed the present invention. It is ivy.

とするものである。 That is, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing artificial flower paper that can easily express the quality of fresh flowers and actual bonsai without waxing. It is characterized by adding and mixing non-drying vegetable oil, a small amount of glycerin, and a small amount of vinegar, and applying this mixed solution to crepe paper or Japanese paper.

ことによる。 The artificial flower paper produced according to the present invention maintains its softness, moisture, and silky texture over a long period of time, making it easy to smooth out crepe paper wrinkles, and also prevents wax from peeling off. This is because this petrolatum is sticky at room temperature, does not dry out easily, and has good adhesion to crepe paper or Japanese paper.
