[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to an assembly bag for packaging, and its purpose is generally to cover and package an object with a wide rectangular piece of packaging paper. If you wish to present a rectangular bag of tea or a handkerchief as a gift or a small gift for ceremonial occasions, and you wish to present the whole item in a wrapped form, simply wrap it in a slightly larger paper or plastic bag. Although enclosing packaging is practical to the extent that it does not get dirty, it is not packaging that conveys the spirit of respect and is rude, so from ancient times, as mentioned above, arbitrary corner pieces of rectangular wrapping paper were folded into the item to be packaged in order. In daily life, packaging that completely covers the product is considered to be the most sincere and careful packaging method.

The present invention maintains a packaging form that is completely covered with wrapping paper strips, which fully conveys the spirit of the sender, and gives a sense of dignity.
To provide an assembly bag for packaging that forms a packaging bag body that completely covers the bag by folding and assembling a piece of punched paper of the minimum possible width with a large reduction in waste such as folding parts. It is something.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Reference numeral 1 designates a piece of punched fabric, and since we considered a vertically rectangular shape to be a typical example that would bring about the best results in the assembly form, the right side of the front part 2 has a vertically long rectangular shape with an aspect ratio of approximately 1.5:1. A back part 3 of the same size is connected to the back part 3 along a fold line A, and an overlapping sleeve piece 4 which is folded over the top surface of the front part 2 is integrally connected to the back part along a fold line B. The shape of the back surface portion 3 and the overlapping sleeve piece 4 is such that the back surface portion 3 has a deformed quadrilateral shape by forming a cut edge 9 inclined diagonally downward at an angle of 45 degrees to the right from the top of the fold line A. Continuously installed overlapping sleeve pieces 4
has an isosceles triangular shape, and the width of the sleeve piece is about half the width of the front part 2. Reference numeral 6 denotes the back section 3 which is connected to the right side of the front section 2 via the fold line E.
The folding piece is folded into the lower stage of the folding piece, and by forming the cut edge 10 inclined at approximately 45 degrees diagonally downward to the left from the top of the folding line E, the folding piece has a deformed quadrilateral shape,
Its width is approximately 70% of the width of the front section 2. 7 and 8 are glued fixing pieces that are connected to the lower edges of the front part 2 and the overlapping sleeve pieces 4 at fold lines D and F, respectively.

Reference numeral 5 designates a triangular folding piece that is connected to the upper edge of the front part 2 via a folding line C. As shown in FIG. The cut edges 9 and 10 of are perpendicular to each other,
A V-shaped cut edge 11 will be formed, but this V-shaped cut edge 11 will be formed.
It is formed to a size that covers the cut edge 11. That is, in FIG. 1, an inverted V-shaped adhesive portion 12 is defined as an area outside of an imaginary inverted V-shaped line 11a formed by orthogonally intersecting the imaginary extension lines of the cut edges 9 and 10. By numerically changing the aspect ratio of the front part 2, the cut edges 9, 10
The inclination angle of the V-shaped cut edge 11 is changed, and the design is changed to a triangular folded piece 5 having a shape calculated based on the intersecting angle of the V-shaped cut edge 11 that changes accordingly.

Since the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, in the unfolded state shown in FIG. , the back part 3 and the overlapping sleeve piece 4 are sequentially folded back along fold lines A and B, resulting in the state shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, and the glued fixing piece 8 is folded back upward and fixed with glue. In this state, when a set of postcards, handkerchiefs, etc. are put into the storage space 13 as items to be packaged, and the triangular folding piece 5 is folded back, the folding piece 6 and the back surface 3 overlap to form a V-shaped cut edge 11. By fixing the bag with glue to the edge thereof, an assembly bag for packaging is completed which can be sealed and at the same time form a pocket part 14 in which a thank you note, cleansing salt, etc. can be inserted at the lower left end of the front part 2. In the state shown in FIG. 2, it is desirable to fix the lower end edge of the back part 3 with glue, but even if it is not done, the packaging form is maintained by the glued fixing piece 8.

In this way, the present invention has a folding piece 6 on the left side of the front part 2.
, the back part 3 and the overlapping sleeve piece 4 are placed on the same right side along the fold line E,
Cut edges 9 and 10 are connected at A and B, respectively, and are inclined approximately 45 degrees from the top of the broken lines E and A in the left and right direction.
Glued fixing pieces 7 and 8 are connected to the lower edge of the front part 2 and the overlapping sleeve piece 4 via fold lines D and F, respectively, and a V-shaped cut edge 11 is attached to the upper edge of the front part 2. Since the packaging structure is characterized in that triangular folded pieces 5 are arranged in series and the outer side of the corresponding virtual inverted V-shaped line 11a forms an inverted V-shaped glue margin 12, the packaging structure completely covers the packaged item. In this method, the area of packaging-like paper material can be saved to the minimum possible extent, which is very useful for eliminating packaging materials. By simply fixing with glue, it is possible to form a form in which packaged items such as postcard sets and handkerchiefs can be presented in a hermetically sealed state, and the pocket part 14 of the front part 2 into which a thank you note or sachet of purifying salt can be inserted is also integrated. It is a useful device that exhibits various excellent effects, such as being able to be formed into a shape, having a low overall manufacturing cost, being easy to mass-produce, and requiring no troublesome manufacturing effort.
