本発明は手動による支点移動操作と、電動によ
る微調節操作と、手動による微調節操作とによつ
てインク壷キーの進退微調節を行うように工夫し
た新規の印刷機に於ける分割インク壷キ装置を提
供することを目的とするものであつて、機体7に
於て各インク壷キー8の後方個所に前・後退自在
として且つ回転不能として設けた支点ホルダー1
3と、支点ホルダー13の後端面に穿設した雌ネ
ジ14と、雌ネジ14に前端部を螺合し機体7に
回転自在として且つ前・後退不能として支承した
零点調節用スクリユーシヤフト15と、零点調節
用スクリユーシヤフト15の後端を機体7の外に
貫出して当該貫出端に固定したダイヤルツマミ2
8と、機体7に於て支点ホルダー13の下側の個
所に回転自在として且つ前・後進不能として設け
た雌ネジ管16と、雌ネジ管16に螺入した微調
節用スクリユーシヤフト17と、雌ネジ管16の
後端に設けた第1従動歯車34と、この第1従動
歯車34に常に噛合する状態で機体7に軸承し
た、モータ36により回転する原動側歯車35
と、支点ホルダー13の前端に基端を前後方向に
揺振自在として軸承し且つ遊端部の後面を微調節
用スクリユーシヤフト17の前端面にスプリング
22により常に圧接した状態として設けたリンク
18と、リンク18の基端部に当該リンク18の
遊端の揺振量を減量してインク壷キー8に進退量
として伝える伝達装置と微調節用スクリユーシヤ
フト17の後端を機体7の外に貫出して当該貫出
端にキー30および前方へのリターンバネ31に
より回転不能として且つ前・後退可能として取付
けた手動ツマミ29と、手動ツマミ29の内端に
当該手動ツマミ29が手放しのときには上記原動
側歯車35に噛合し同ツマミ29にリターンバネ
31に抗する引き出し操作を加えたときには原動
側歯車35から外れる状態で一体に設けた、歯数
が上記第1従動歯車34とは異なる第2従動歯車

13の後端に雌ネジ14を穿設して当該雌ネジ1
4に零点調節用スクリユーシヤフト15の前端を
螺合し、また各インク壷キー8の後方個所の下位
置に雌ネジ管16を回転自在且つ前後動不能に保
持して当該雌ネジ管16に前進および後進する微
調節用スクリユーシヤフト17を前後両端貫出状
態に螺入すると共にこれ等支点ホルダー13、微
調節用スクリユーシヤフト17の前端間にリンク
18を上下向きとして配して当該リンク18の基
端を支点ホルダー13に前後方向へ揺振自在に支
点軸19により支承し、同じくリンク18の遊端
部の後面を微調節用スクリユーシヤフト17の前
端面に当金20および第1遊輪21を介してスプ
リング22とガイドブツシユ23より構成された
押子により常に圧接させると共に上記のインク壷
キー8の後端面をリンク18の中間個所の前面に
第2遊輪24を介して常に圧接させるスプリング
25を同インク壷キー8にバネ受26を介して係
装し、更に上記の零点調節用スクリユーシヤフト
15、微調節用スクリユーシヤフト17の後端を
機体7の外に貫出し、この零点調節用スクリユー

くは数枚まで違う二つの従動歯車33,34を相
互に対面する状態で一体に設け、これ等従動側歯
車33,34を機体7に軸承した一つの原動側歯
車35に一緒に噛合させ、手動ツマミ29と一体
の従動側歯車33は同手動ツマミ29をリターン
バネ31に抗して引いた時には原動側歯車35よ
り外れるようにすると共に機体7に原動側歯車3
