Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 小なくとも１個の開放羽根車を有する単段ま
    たは多段の遠心ポンプにおいて、前記開放羽根車
    の羽根の開放端縁に若干の間隙をあけて対向する
    環状の壁体を、一端部がポンプケーシングの外部
    に突出しかつ軸芯方向に移動可能に支持された移
    動軸の他端部に取付け、回転運動を直線運動に変
    換する動力変換装置を介して前記移動軸を軸芯方
    向に往復移動させる電動機と、遠心ポンプの吐出
    側流路の所定箇所における液圧を検出して前記電
    動機を制御する制御装置とを設け、前記液圧が設
    定値よりも若干大きい第１の所定値以上になれば
    前記壁体を前記羽根の開放端縁との間隙が大きく
    なる方向に移動させ、前記液圧が前記設定値より
    も若干小さい第２の所定値以下になれば前記壁体
    を前記羽根の開放端縁との間隙が小さくなる方向
    に移動させることにより、前記液圧を常にほぼ設
    定値に維持する構成としたことを特徴とする遠心
    ポンプの吐出側流路圧制御装置。 ２ 羽根の開放端縁が固定の壁体に若干の間隙を
    あけて対向する小なくとも１個の開放羽根車を有
    する単段または多段の遠心ポンプにおいて、前記
    開放羽根車が取付けられた回動軸を回動自在に支
    持する軸受を、軸芯方向に移動可能に支持された
    移動軸の他端部に取付け、回転運動を直線運動に
    変換する動力変換装置を介して前記移動軸を軸芯
    方向に往復移動させる電動機と、遠心ポンプの吐
    出側流路の所定箇所における液圧を検出して前記
    電動機を制御する制御装置とを設け、前記液圧が
    設定値よりも若干大きい第１の所定値以上になれ
    ば前記開放羽根車を前記羽根の開放端縁と前記壁
    体との間隙が大きくなる方向に移動させ、前記液
    圧が前記設定値よりも若干小さい第２の所定値以
    下になれば前記開放羽根車を前記羽根の開放端縁
    と前記壁体との間隙が小さくなる方向に移動させ
    ることにより、前記液圧を常にほぼ設定値に維持
    する構成としたことを特徴とする遠心ポンプの吐
    出側流路圧制御装置。
