取付け辺を有するフレーム体の取付け辺の各頂点
部にホイールを一つずつ取り付け、また吊下げ辺
に細長い溝状の長孔を形成し、この長孔に吊具の
係合部を移動自在且つ回動自在に係合させると共
に、吊下げ辺に固定した作動手段の作動部を吊具
に接続し、この作動手段により吊具の長孔への係
合部を長孔内で強制的に前後動させるようにして
