２図は従来の超音波探傷装置を示す断面図、第３
図は従来の超音波探傷装置の課題を説明する図で
ある。 図において１は超音波探触子、２は円筒体、３
は給水口、４は被検材、５は弾性体のリング、６
はカバー、７はボルト、８は水室、９はロープで
ある。なお、各図中、同一符号は、同一または相
当部分を示す。
２図は従来の超音波探傷装置を示す断面図、第３
図は従来の超音波探傷装置の課題を説明する図で
ある。 図において１は超音波探触子、２は円筒体、３
は給水口、４は被検材、５は弾性体のリング、６
はカバー、７はボルト、８は水室、９はロープで
ある。なお、各図中、同一符号は、同一または相
当部分を示す。
Claims (1)
- 回転せずに直進搬送される管状あるいは丸棒状
の被検材の周りを回転する超音波探触子と、上記
超音波探触子を保持する円筒体と、上記円筒体の
長手方向の両端に設けられ、上記被検材の外周に
内接する弾性体で形成されたリングと、上記超音
波探触子の直下をはずれた位置において、上記両
端のリングの内径部分を上記円筒体の長手方向に
連結する複数のロープと、上記円筒体、上記リン
グ、および上記被検材に囲まれて形成された水室
とを備えたことを特徴とする超音波探傷装置。
