Claims (1)
- 回転せずに直進搬送される管状あるいは丸棒状
の被検材の周りを回転する超音波探触子と、上記
超音波探触子を保持する円筒体と、上記円筒体の
長手方向の両端に設けられた軸受と、上記軸受の
内周に外接するケーシングと、上記ケーシングに
固定され上記被検材の外周に内接する弾性体のリ
ングと、上記円筒体、上記ケーシング、上記弾性
体のリング、および上記被検材により囲まれ形成
された水室とを備えたことを特徴とする超音波探
傷装置。
