    欠陥箇所の指示装置であつて、 ＣＲＴは、基板の欠陥位置情報等を表示するも
    のであり、 透明板は、ＣＲＴ上に載置するものであり、 タブレツト装置は、複数の導通孔を形成した被
    検査基板の品名情報等を入力するものであり、 記憶装置は、被検査基板の布線検査欠陥箇所及
    び欠陥の種類に関する情報を記憶するものであり
    、 指示回路は、記憶装置に基づき前記欠陥箇所を
    示すＸ，Ｙ座標値信号と欠陥種類を示す信号と前
    記基板の位置決めパイロツト位置を示すＸ，Ｙ座
    標値信号とを入力し、ＣＲＴ上に欠陥箇所アドレ
    スと欠陥種類と位置決めパイロツト位置とを表示
    出力するものであり、 制御部は、タブレツト装置と記憶装置と指示回
    路とに接続され、これらを制御するものであり、 被検査基板を前記透明板の上に位置決めし、前
    記ＣＲＴより光照射し、前記基板の布線検査欠陥
    箇所と欠陥種類を指示するようにしたことを特徴
    とする布線検査欠陥箇所の指示装置。
