酸化ナトリウム溶液でレジスト層を剥離し、透明

を用いて、シルクスクリーン印刷法により、5mm

刷し、上記の紫外線照射装置を用いて同じ条件で
露光して硬化させた。 また、可動接点支持板の外側の面に、アンダー
コートとして、硬化剤5%を添加したポリエステ
ル系インキ「GAPメジユーム」(セイコーアドバ
ンス)を、テトロン250メツシユ版を用いたシル
クスクリーン印刷により印刷し、80℃、30分間の
条件で乾燥、キユアーした。この上に、マイクロ
シリカ3.0重量%を含有するポリエステル系紫外
線硬化型インキ「#9051−S」(セイコーアドバ
ンス)をテトロン200メツシユ版を用いたシルク
スクリーン印刷により印刷し、上記の紫外線照射
装置を用いて同じ条件で露光して硬化させ、厚さ
10μの硬化樹脂層を形成した。 上記の固定接点支持板と、可動接点支持板と
