In the conventional connectors 7, 10, 13,
Since the contact 8 formed from a metal plate with a thickness of about 0.3 mm has a gap 〓g1 of about 1/3 of the thickness,
There were problems in that the contact surface of the connecting part 8c that contacts the cable connecting part 5 became rough, damaging the conductor pattern of the cable connecting part 5, and shortening the life of the press punching die.

という問題点があつた。 Next, since the contact 11 formed from a metal plate with a thickness of about 0.3 mm has only one connecting portion 11c and the cable connecting portion 5 is not sandwiched between the contact 11 itself, there is a variation in the contact pressure of the connecting portion 11c. This causes instability, and the insulator 12 and contact 11 at the press-fitted part due to the reaction of the contact pressure.
There was a problem that the contact pressure was reduced during use due to misalignment.

点があつた。 Furthermore, it is formed from a metal plate with a thickness of about 0.1 mm,
The contact 14, which requires bending with spring back, has variations in the distance g 3 and
The contact connection part 11c is twisted, and the cable connection part 5 is in point contact with the cable connection part 5, and the contact pressure with the cable connection part 5 is unstable, and the contact part 1
When the width of contacts 4c is made the same as the width of contact parts 8c and 11c (thickness of the metal plate used), plate part 14a protrudes from contact part 14c, so it is planted at the same high density as contacts 8 and 11. There was a problem that I couldn't do it.

According to the above means, the pair of contact connection parts that sandwich the insulator partition and the cable connection part can be formed at a distance equal to or greater than the thickness of the contact connection parts, so that the surface roughness of the surface in contact with the printed cable can be reduced. This has improved the electrical connection between the contact and the printed cable, and has extended the life of the mold for forming the contact.
