Claims (1)
- ステージに形成されたガイド溝と、そのガイド
溝に嵌合し、パルスモータに結合されて回転する
偏心カムと、前記ステージの移動量を偏心カムに
よる正弦変化量に補正して出力するパルスモータ
制御回路手段とが具備され、これらによるステー
ジの直線微移動で位置決めがされることを特徴と
する位置決め装置。
