外皮端部を送り込みベルト上に押動して、該送り
込みベルトにより外皮移送手段に送り込むように

く行なえ、以てこの種シユーマイ等の加工食品の

る外皮の送り込みベルトを外皮移送手段と略同高
さ位置に設け、この送り込みベルトのやや前方位
置には、前記送り込みベルトに対し刃部を当接さ
せる方向に移動して前記外皮製造装置より垂下す
る帯状の外皮を切断し得るカツター部材と、帯状
の外皮端部を送り込みベルト上に押動し得る押動
部材とをそれぞれ送り込み方向に移動可能に設け
るとともに、このカツター部材と押動部材とを移
動させかつ復帰させる手段を操作部において制御
できるように設けてなることを特徴とするシユー
マイ等の食品製造機における外皮自動送り込み装
