(Prior Art and Problems to be Solved) Normally, wind pipes are provided with fasteners at their ends, and adjacent wind pipes are connected sequentially using the fasteners because this is the simplest and most convenient method.
Air leakage occurred from this connection, and satisfactory performance could not always be obtained. To prevent this, for example, in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-106500, a tip of an air-tight and flexible air-leak prevention cylinder is attached to the connection part of the wind pipe on the windward side of the wind pipe. It is known that the distal end of the prevention tube extends beyond the connecting portion and into the inside of the wind pipe on the lee side to which it is connected. However, when air leakage is prevented using this method, air leakage cannot be prevented at the connection part unless the air leakage prevention tube installed inside the wind pipe has a length of 20 cm or more on the leeward side beyond the connection part, and the air leakage cannot be prevented during ventilation. The end of the prevention tube flutters, causing turbulent flow in that part, which not only creates resistance, but also causes backflow between the wind tube body and the leakage prevention tube, increasing air leakage from the connection, and furthermore, the air being blown at low pressure. In this case, the inner air leak prevention tube could not be fully opened, and as a result, the main pipe and the air leak prevention tube did not come into close contact, creating a gap that further encouraged air leakage.

As a result of various studies to solve these problems, the inventor of the present invention installed a rigid ring made of metal or plastic at the end of the wind tunnel body, and inserted the ring into the adjacent wind tunnel body to which the wind tunnel body is connected. They discovered that air can be blown smoothly without causing turbulence or backflow in the flow inside the pipe, and this led to the completion of this invention. It is to provide a wind pipe.

(Means for solving the problem) In other words, in a wind pipe in which adjacent wind tunnel bodies can be sequentially connected using fasteners, a connecting fastener is attached to one end of the wind tunnel body, and the other end is attached to the outer wall cylindrical shape. It has a double wall structure of a cylindrical part and an inner wall cylindrical part, the tip of the inner cylindrical part is located outward from the tip of the outer cylindrical part, and a rigid ring is attached to the tip of the inner cylindrical part, A mating fastener for connection is attached to the tip of the outer wall cylindrical part, and the wind tunnel bodies are successively connected by the fastener, and the inner wall cylindrical part is inserted into the adjacent wind tunnel body to be connected. Therefore, in the present invention, the means for constructing the double wall structure of the outer wall cylindrical part and the inner wall cylindrical part at the other end of the wind tunnel body are as follows:
An outer wall cylindrical part may be attached to the outer peripheral surface near the end of the wind tunnel body so that the wind tunnel body itself can be used as an inner wall cylindrical part, or an inner wall cylindrical part can be attached to the wind tunnel body periphery and the wind tunnel body itself can be used as an outer wall cylindrical part. good. The length of the double wall structure is approximately 2 to 20 cm from the other end of the wind tunnel body, and the end of the inner wall cylindrical portion is further 5 to 30 cm outward from this double wall structure. In either case, the mounting means may be sewn, heat-sealed, adhesive, or the like, and when sewn, cover tape may be applied as necessary to prevent air leakage.

A rigid ring made of metal or plastic is attached to the tip of the cylindrical part of the inner wall, and it is preferable that the diameter of the ring is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the wind pipe body. To prevent fluttering of the cylindrical part and to ensure prevention of air leakage at the connection part.

Next, the wind tunnel body according to the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. Figure 1 is a side view of the wind tunnel body according to the present invention, Figure 2 is a side view of the wind tunnel body according to the present invention;
3 to 3 are partial sectional views showing the connection structure. FIG. 2 shows a case where a ring is attached to the end of the wind tunnel body, and FIG. 3 shows a case where a companion fastener for connection is attached to the end of the wind tunnel body. In FIG. 2, a fastener 2 for joining the wind tunnel body adjacent to one end
A rigid ring 4 is attached to the other end of the wind tunnel body.
Attach. Then, for example, a cylindrical body 5 for attaching a fastener is provided at a position approximately 10 cm inward from the end portion having the ring of the wind tunnel body, and a mating fastener 3 for connection is attached to the tip thereof. It is preferable that the diameter of the ring is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the wind pipe body. Therefore, when connecting the wind pipes, the rings are inserted into the inside of the wind pipes to be connected, and the wind pipes are connected using fasteners. It is desirable that the ring end of the wind pipe having a ring be on the leeward side of the air.

In addition, in FIG. 3, one end of the mounting cylindrical body 5 having a length of about 25 cm is fixed to the periphery of the wind tunnel at a position about 20 cm inward from the end thereof, and the other end is attached to the end of the wind pipe body. Go beyond it and make it external. A rigid ring 4 is attached to the end thereof. The diameter of the ring should be slightly larger than the inner diameter of the wind pipe body. Therefore, when connecting the wind pipes, the exposed part of the cylindrical body for air leakage prevention is inserted into the inside of the wind pipes to be connected, and the wind pipes are connected with fasteners to prevent air leakage. The wind pipe to which the mounting tube is fixed is placed on the windward side to allow ventilation.

(Effects) As described above, the wind pipe according to the present invention has a ring attached to at least one end thereof, and the ring is inserted into the wind pipe to be connected to create a turbulent flow inside the wind pipe. In particular, if the diameter of the ring is made slightly larger than the inner diameter of the wind pipe, the double wall at the connection part of the wind pipe will come into close contact with each other, further preventing air leakage and allowing smooth ventilation. In the case of wind pipes, the leak prevention tube sticks out at the very end of the piping, and this flaps around, so it is necessary to use a tip tube that does not have a leak prevention tube, but the wind tube of this invention does not have such special specifications. The effects are extremely large, such as eliminating the need to prepare a tip tube.
