Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、圧縮成形法によつて熱可塑性樹脂製
義歯床を製作する工程において、上フラスコを圧
縮機の上板に懸垂させる方法に関する。

本発明者は、近年熱可塑性樹脂の圧縮成形法に
よる義歯床の製造法を開発し、特許出願した(特
願昭56−99892号)。

本発明は、この方法において実施するためのも
のである。従来の重合方法による義歯床製作過程
では、常温下でポリマーとモノマーを混合した餅
状レンジを指手で石膏型フラスコ内に填入、試圧
を行ない上下フラスコを開いて余剰レジンのバリ
を取り除き、再加圧した後、クランプし加熱重合
させていた。しかるに熱可塑性樹脂を義歯床材料
とした圧縮成形法では樹脂を加熱軟化させ石膏型
中で加圧成形させるためフラスコ、レジンとも加
熱され、指手での取扱いは困難であり、さらに一
回だけの加圧で成形を終了させねばならない。こ
のときフラスコには人工歯が内蔵されているた
め、あまり加熱してはならないという相反する制
約がある。
