A current is passed through two terminals of the integrated circuit selected in advance, and the voltage at the two terminals is measured using a voltmeter V. Next, when the switch 22 is opened and the switch 21 is switched to the integrated circuit side, the charge accumulated in the capacitor C flows between the two terminals of the integrated circuit, and the accumulated energy of the charge flows between the two terminals of the integrated circuit. will be damaged. In order to measure the degree of damage, the switch 21 is disconnected from the integrated circuit 1 side and left in the neutral state, the switch 22 is closed again, a current is applied to the integrated circuit from the current source 43, and the voltage is measured by the voltmeter V. By measuring the voltage generated between the two terminals at the time, it is possible to know the change in the diode characteristics before and after applying the energy stored in the capacitor C to the two terminals.

端子切換装置。[Claims for Utility Model Registration] (1) A socket base having a plurality of sockets for inserting the terminals of an integrated circuit and two rows of contact terminals arranged on a concentric axis, each contact of the two rows of contact terminals; The terminal is characterized in that it is connected to each corresponding socket of the plurality of sockets, and each of the two contact pins is rotated, and each of the two contact pins is connected to two contacts appropriately selected from the two rows of contact terminals. A terminal switching device for an integrated circuit, characterized by comprising means for contacting the terminal. (2) A request for registration of a utility model characterized in that the two contact pins are respectively attached to the tops of the two concentric shafts and can each perform circular motion by rotation of the two concentric shafts. A terminal switching device for an integrated circuit according to scope (1). (3) The connection between the contact terminal and the voltage power source is such that each of the two contact pins contacts two randomly selected contact terminals of the two rows of contact terminals, and each of the two contact pins makes contact with each of the two randomly selected contact terminals. The relative positions of the two contact pins and the above two contact terminals are set up and down on each of the two concentric axes. A socket terminal switching device for an integrated circuit according to claim (2) of the utility model registration, characterized in that the device is controlled by: (4) The integrated circuit socket terminal switching device according to claim (3), wherein each concentric shaft is moved up and down by a magnetic force induced between a solenoid and a magnet. (5) The contact pin, which is pushed from below by the two support springs, contacts two contact terminals appropriately selected from the two rows of contact terminals, and moves in a circular motion while sliding on the socket base. A socket terminal switching device for an integrated circuit according to claim (2) of the utility model registration. (6) The socket terminal switching device for an integrated circuit according to claim (2), wherein the rotation angle of each concentric shaft is measured by a potentiometer.
