Conventionally, synthetic resin-coated metal plates have been provided, which are thin metal plates coated with a synthetic resin coating layer. However, when installed outdoors, such as in eaves gutters, the heat of the metal and synthetic resin increases due to repeated expansion and contraction due to changes in outside temperature. The disadvantage was that the synthetic resin coating layer peeled off from the thin metal plate due to the difference in expansion coefficients. In order to solve this problem, attempts have been made to roughen the surface of the thin metal plate by sandblasting, etching, etc. to improve adhesion, but this has not been sufficient.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to ensure that the synthetic resin coating layers on both sides are in close contact with each other through the through-hole, and that the cut and raised pieces firmly bite into the synthetic resin coating layer. To provide an eaves gutter in which a thin metal plate and a synthetic resin coating layer are firmly attached.

In the eaves gutter B of the present invention, a large number of longitudinally long through holes 2 are punched into a thin metal sheet 1, and cut and raised pieces 3 are formed in a circular arc shape at both longitudinal ends of the through holes 2 by punching. Both cut and raised pieces 3 are formed so that the arcuate curling directions are opposite, both sides of this thin metal plate 1 are coated with a synthetic resin coating layer 4, and the whole is curved into a gutter shape. By configuring as described above, the drawbacks of the conventional example are solved.

The metal thin plate 1 is, for example, a steel plate, and although not limited, it is preferable to use one with a thickness of 0.4 mm or less. This thin metal sheet 1 is passed between a pair of rolls 6, 6 as shown in FIG. A large number of cut and raised pieces 3 are provided. The through hole 2 is a rectangular hole, and strip-shaped cut and raised pieces 3 are formed at both longitudinal ends of the through hole 2 so as to curl outward in a C-shape. The rolls 6, 6 are composed of a cut-and-raised roll 6a and a rubber lining roll 6b,
The cut-and-raise roll 6a is provided with a plurality of blade plates 8 in the axial direction, each having a large number of protrusions 7 formed on its outer periphery. Each blade plate 8,
The distance t 2 between the blade plates 8 and the pitch P 1 between the protrusions 7 and 7 of the blade plate 8
can be changed arbitrarily, and by changing the width of the spacer 9 attached to the cut-and-raise roll 6a between the blade plates 8, 8 and changing the distance t2 between the blade plates 8, 8, the thin metal plate 1 can be changed as desired. The pitch P 3 of the through hole 2 in the flow direction can be changed by changing the pitch P 2 in the width direction of the through hole 2 and the pitch P 1 between the protrusions 7, 7 .
can be changed respectively. Furthermore, by changing the shape and thickness t 1 of the protruding piece 7, the shape of the cut and raised piece 2 and the shape of the through hole 2 can be arbitrarily changed. For example, the shape of the through hole 2 can be changed to a semicircle, a triangle, a square, etc. It can also be done. As the roll 6 facing the cut and raised roll 6a, in addition to the rubber lining roll 6b, a concave-convex roll having a large number of recesses on its outer surface corresponding to the projections 7 of the blade plate 8 may be used. Further, when the through holes 2 and the cut pieces 3 are provided on the thin metal plate 1 using the roll 6, they are provided at a fixed pitch, but they may be provided at random. The thin metal plate 1, on which a large number of through holes 2 and arcuate curled pieces 3 are formed in this way, is used as a core material, and both sides are coated with a synthetic resin coating layer 4 made of synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride. A synthetic resin-coated metal plate A is formed. Therefore, at the same time that the synthetic resin layers 4 on both sides are integrated through the through holes 2, the cut and raised pieces 3 curled into an arc bite into the synthetic resin coating layer 4, and the synthetic resin coating layer 4 is formed on both sides of the thin metal plate 1. 4 adheres strongly. Using the synthetic resin-coated metal plate A configured as described above, cut and raise the piece 3.
A curved eaves gutter B as shown in FIG. 5 is formed with the side facing the inner surface.

As described above, in the present invention, a large number of through holes are punched out in a thin metal plate, and a cut and raised piece is formed on the edge of the through hole by punching, and both sides of the thin metal plate are coated with a synthetic resin coating layer. , the synthetic resin coating layers on both sides are joined and integrated through the through holes, and the cut and raised pieces bite into the synthetic resin coating layer, so that the synthetic resin coating layer strongly adheres to the thin metal plate. Since the pieces are curled, the anchoring effect of the cut and raised pieces is great, and the synthetic resin coating layer strongly adheres to the thin metal sheet, preventing the synthetic resin coating layer from peeling off. By forming cut and raised pieces curled in an arc shape on the hole edges at both ends in the longitudinal direction, respectively, so that the directions of the curls in the arc shape of both cut and raised pieces are opposite, it is possible to apply a synthetic resin coating layer to the thin metal plate. When covered, the cut and raised pieces curled in an arc shape so that the curling directions of both longitudinal ends of each through hole are opposite, bite into the synthetic resin coating layer, and the synthetic resin coating layer adheres more firmly to the thin metal plate. It is something to do. This ensures sufficient strength against bending deformation in the longitudinal direction of the eaves gutter.
