Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 複数個の並列回路を構成する電気回路素子に
対する電力供給用の電路を夫々全く同質の配線材
を用い物理的な配線距離、配置の形状を等しく形
成して構成するようにしたことを特徴とする電気
回路における線路インピーダンスを等しくする配
線構造。 ２ 相隣る回路素子間を〓状等の左右対称の形状
の配線材でトーナメント方式の接続をするように
した請求項１記載の線路インピーダンスを等しく
する配線構造。 ３ 各回路素子間を扇状又は放射状の配線材で接
続するようにした請求項１記載の線路インピーダ
ンスを等しくする配線構造。
