(縦方向)にも横方向にも一度持上げることによ
つて撹拌し、その後下方に押下げることにより迅
速に上記空間sを通過する。又中央部の羽根4,
4′の回転速度が速く、そのため中央部の下降量

らの回転軸3,3の一端には固定枠2の外側にお
いてそれぞれ同一歯数の歯車9を設け、隣接歯車
9,9を互に噛合させることによつて上記水平回
転軸3,3を交互に反対方向に同一回転速度で連
動させることができ、1個の回転軸3を減速電動
機10に接続して駆動させることができる。この
ようにした回転軸3,3にはそれぞれ該軸3,3
の中心線と平行方向に平たい板状の水平及び垂直
羽根4,4′を交互に設けるものである。水平及
び垂直羽根4,4′とは上記中心線において交る
互に直交する平面内に交互に設けられた交互に直
交する羽根4,4′を称するものである。そして
水平羽根4と垂直羽根4′とは隣接する上記回転
軸3,3の互に対応位置に互に直交して設けられ
るものであつて回転軸3の外周から先端までの長
さは上記間隙幅tより若干短いが該間隙幅tとほ
ぼ同長に形成され形状は台形又は舌片状であれば
良い。又第3図及び第4図に示すように中央部の
歯車9′,9′の歯数を少くすることによつて中央
部の回転軸3,3の回転速度を速くすることがで
きる。尚図中11で示すものは受台、12は丼、
13は飯供給ホツパー6内に設けた回転撹拌羽
