る。このようにした円筒桝3の直下に短円筒形の
水平回転枠11を配置し、同枠11の外周にドー
ナツ環12を設け、同環12の外周に上下の水平
溝13,14を形成し、下部水平溝14に係合す
る3個の回転案内ローラ15によつて上記ドーナ
ツ環12及び回転枠11を回転自在に機枠1に支
持し、駆動ベルト16を上部水平溝13及び減速
電動機17の出力軸18に設けた調車19に掛回
して上記回転枠11を矢印a方向に回転すること
ができる。回転枠11の内部空間sには第1図及
び第2図に示すように腕状撹拌具20を複数個設
け上記枠11の内部空間sの中心に向つて下向に
傾斜させると良いが、水平でも良いし、かつ撹拌
具20は上記枠11の内面に張設した条線であつ
