である。[Detailed explanation of the invention] The comb needles of conventional iron or plastic hair combs are manufactured by inserting them one by one into a rubber sheet or plastic sheet using a machine in the artificial area, so the production speed is very slow. The cost will be high. In addition, conventional plastic comb needles generate static electricity when combing hair, which can damage the hair and the human body if used constantly, and iron products tend to rust, reducing reliability. In order to prevent the comb needles from falling during use, conventional iron products require a piece of cloth or thin plastic sheet to be pasted with adhesive on the entire back side of the rubber or plastic sheet, which is also time-consuming and time-consuming. The drawback is that it does not meet the competitive conditions of the market, that is, it is easy to use even if it is cheap, that is, it does not meet the economic profit.

ことにある。 Another purpose of the present invention is to provide a new structure in which the comb needle and needle washer are implanted as a whole or row by row as a combination method, and the integrated comb needle and needle seat are fitted with a mating sheet to function as a conventional rubber sheet or plastic sheet. It is an object of the present invention to provide a device which eliminates the worry of needles falling and falling off during use, and which can be completed at once, thereby reducing time and manufacturing costs, and which can be mass-produced in a short period of time.

The comb needle 11a and the needle seat 12a are integrally injection molded at once from rubber, plastic, or another appropriate material, and the entire comb needle 11a is plated to beautify its appearance and to improve its appearance during use. It eliminates the generation of static electricity, making it an ideal comb needle. The fitting sheet 2a is made of cogem or plastic 21a, and has the same number of needle holes 2 facing each comb needle 11a of the comb needle body 1a.
2a is applied to the fitting sheet 21a. Each comb needle 11a is seated in each needle hole 2 of the fitting sheet 21a.
After the comb needle seat 12a between the two comb needles and the fitting sheet 21a are melted by high frequency, a large number of melted contacts 23a are formed and bonded together. There is no fear of the comb needles 11a falling down or falling off.

Since the comb needle body and the mating sheet are integrated, it is easy to integrate the comb needle body and the mating sheet, increasing production volume and reducing costs. The comb does not separate from the sheet, resulting in a longer service life, and since the comb needles are plated, it has the effect of preventing hair damage caused by static electricity.
