(従来の技術)
従来、台盤の上に駆動軸を介して横架されたヒ
ータ内蔵の加熱用回転ドラムと、台盤に於て加熱
用回転ドラムの下側に装備されたとかし生地用収
容槽と、一部が収容槽に順次浸漬し他の一部が加
熱用回転ドラムに順次接触するようにしたとかし
生地の移行ドラム若しくはエンドレスベルト焼型
の表面に接する状態として台盤に固定された剥し
取り板と、より構成される薄焼食物の焼製機は例
えば特公昭45−25269号公報などによつて公知と

然しながら、この構造の焼製機においては加熱
用回転ドラムが収容槽のとかし生地と直接的に接
触することがなく、この生地は移行ドラムを介し
て加熱用回転ドラムに供給されるので、同生地の
回転ドラムへの供給量の加減、ひいては焼製物の
厚みの調整は移行ドラムと回転ドラムとの回転比
の調節によつて行うことになり、斯くしては機構
が複雑となつて且つ操作も面倒であるなどの問題

熱用回転ドラムの下側に装備され焼型の一部をそ
の回転に伴つて順次直接浸漬するとかし生地用収
容槽と、焼型の表面に接する状態として台盤に固
定された剥し取り板とを備えたことを特徴とする
薄焼食物の焼製機を提供することによつてこのよ

(実施例)
図に示す実施例は台盤1に所定の間隔をおいて
左右一対の支壁2,2′を形成し、これ等左右支
壁2,2′間に手動回転ハンドル3および伝達ギ
ヤ4により回転できる駆動軸5を介して電気ヒー
タ内蔵の加熱用回転ドラム6を架設し、この加熱
用回転ドラム6の外周面にポリ四フツ化エチレン
被膜付き焼型7を一体に設けると共に加熱用回転
ドラム6の下側にとかし生地イの収容槽8はめ込
んで容器20を注入口14の上に逆さ状態で着脱
自在に起立させ、この起立の時には押込端16が
注入口14の底壁23上に圧接して出入口19を
開き状態とするようにし且つ出入口19の口縁に
突設された環状突縁24が液面の高さを決定する
ようにし、更に前記容器20を着脱キヤツプ25
付きの広口瓶状とし、着脱キヤツプ25に前記出
入口19、同弁装置18、同バヨネツト差込21
および同環状突縁24を設けたものであつて、先
ず加熱用回転ドラム6を焼型7が上側となつてい
る時に於て加熱状態としたのち食するに適すると
かし生地イを収容槽8内にオーバフローする手前
まで入れると共に容器20の中に着脱キヤツプ2
5を外してとかし生地イ′を入れ、着脱キヤツプ
25を閉じて当該容器20を注入口14上にバヨ
ネツト差込21とバヨネツト受口22とのはめ込
みにより起立させることによつて押込端16が注
入口14の底壁23により押し込まれて出入口1
9を開き状態とし、この開きと同時に容器20内
のとかし生地イ′が出入口19を介して注入口1
4に自然に落ち、収容槽8内のとかし生地イの液
面が環状突縁24の全周に達した時に前記とかし
生地イ′の自然落下が自動的に停止し、この停止
後に手動回転ハンドル3を回して加熱用回転ドラ
ム6を第2図に於て反時計方向にゆつくりと回転
する操作を加え、斯くすると焼型7にはとかし生
地イが付着して焼かれ始め、焼込みが丁度よいく
らいの時に焼型7を回動させて剥し取り板12の
刃先に焼型7の表面を端の方から軽く圧接させ、
仍つて焼込まれた焼製物を焼型7から焼製物を
徐々剥して受取空間10内に受け、また当該焼込
により収容槽8内のとかし生地イが減つて生地イ
の液面が低下するにつれて随時容器20の中のと

(考案の作用及び効果)
本考案は叙上のように台盤の上の駆動軸を介し
て横架されたヒータ内蔵の加熱用回転ドラムと、
加熱用回転ドラムの外周面に設けられた焼型と、
台盤に於て加熱用回転ドラムの下側に装備され焼
型の一部をその回転に伴つて順次直接浸漬すると
かし生地用収容槽と、焼型の表面に接する状態と
して台盤に固定された剥し取り板とを備えたこと
を特徴とするので、これによつてクレープの皮、
玉子焼、パンケーキ、御好焼などの薄焼食物を連
続して焼製することができるは勿論であるが、特
に本考案においては従前のものと異なり加熱用回
転ドラムの外周面に焼型を設けると共にこの焼型
の一部をとかし生地用収容槽にその回転に伴つて
順次、直接浸漬するようにしたので、加熱用回転
ドラムととかし生地用収容槽との間に同とかし生
地移行用のドラム若しくはエンドレスベルトを必
要とせず構成が簡単であるのみならず焼製物の焼
型への付着の量、ひいては焼製物の厚みの調整を
回転ドラムの連度の調節などを必要とせず単に回
転ドラムの温度の調節のみによつてこれを簡単に
行うことができるものであつて、本考案はこれに
よつて前記の問題点を充分に解決することができ
