The hand must be inserted inside the upper carapace, that is, the inside of the pouch-like area surrounded by the upper carapace, the front part of the carapace, and the front part of the outsole, and sutured. The sewing operation is extremely troublesome, time-consuming, and requires skill, making it difficult to manufacture shoes and unsuitable for mass production, resulting in high manufacturing costs.

A substantially U-shaped cut or thin part is provided in the front part of the insole opposite to the upper part of the upper part of the upper part, and a decorative covering member is provided on the outer surface of the upper part of the upper part. Cover it, and on the other insole, form an opening by folding back the tongue-like part on the inside of the approximately U-shaped cut or the tongue-like part created by cutting the approximately U-shaped thin part, and in this state. A method for manufacturing shoes, characterized in that the decorative covering member is sewn to the upper skin, the tongue-like part of the midsole is returned to its original state and the opening is closed, and then the outsole is attached to the lower surface of the midsole. It is formed into a bag shape, and a substantially U-shaped cut 5 is provided in the front part of the midsole 2 so as to face the upper part 4 of the upper part of the upper part 3 in a plan view. Instead of the cut 5, a thin portion 10 as shown in FIG. 8 may be provided. carapace 3
is composed of an upper skin part 4 and a torso carapace part 8.

A large number of holes 14 are provided. A substantially elliptical notch 15 that opens toward the center of the shoe is provided at the end of the upper 4 on the shoe center side, and overhangs 1 on both sides of the opening of this notch 15 are provided.
Connecting pieces 17 made of flat rubber strings are fixed at 6 and 16. The entire inner surfaces of the midsole 2 and upper 3 are lined with a cushion layer 18 made of foamed synthetic resin or synthetic rubber and a protective coating layer 19 made of woven fabric or the like.

A decorative covering member 6 is placed over the outer surface of the upper skin portion 4 along the positioning protrusion 13, and a tongue-shaped portion 12 or a generally U-shaped thin wall portion is placed on the inside of the approximately U-shaped cut 5 on the other side of the insole 2. An opening 11 is formed by folding back the tongue-shaped portion 12 produced by cutting the upper part 10, and in this state, the decorative covering member 6 is attached to the upper skin part 4.
The needle 20 and the thread 21 are used to suture.

In addition,
As the decorative covering member 6, woven fabric, synthetic leather, synthetic resin, or a combination thereof is used. For example, for summer clothes, a breathable material such as mesh fabric or woven fabric is used, and for winter clothing, it is an impermeable material. Select and use materials according to the season.

この点は従来より公知である。 9 to 11 show a second embodiment of the present invention. Here, the difference from the first embodiment is that a substantially triangular notch 1 which opens toward the center of the shoe is provided at the end of the upper part 4 on the side of the center of the shoe.
5 is provided, and a string passing hole 2 is provided at the tip of the overhanging parts 16, 16 on both sides of the opening of this notch 15.
2 and 22 are opened, and a string 23 made of synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, synthetic leather, etc. is inserted through these holes 22 and 22, and tied in a butterfly shape.
Both the overhanging parts 16, 16 are tied together, and the rear free end 6a of the decorative covering member 6 sewn to the upper skin part 4 with the thread 21 extends from the notch 15 to the overhanging parts 16, 16. It is located at the point where it is inserted into the lower side of the string 23. Therefore, the rear free end 6 of the decorative covering member 6
The inner surface of a is in contact with the highest part of the instep of the foot, making it comfortable to wear.

The insole 2 and the upper 3 are integrally formed into a bag-like shape as a whole by molding synthetic resin or synthetic rubber, and an upper upper part 4 on the upper front part of the upper 3 is formed. A substantially U-shaped cut 5 or thin wall portion 10 is provided on the front part of the midsole 2 so as to face each other, and a decorative covering member 6 is provided on the outer surface of the upper skin part 4, and the other part of the midsole 2 is , an opening 11 is formed by folding back the tongue-like part 12 on the inside of the substantially U-shaped cut 5 or the tongue-like part 12 produced by cutting the substantially U-shaped thin part 10, and in this state it is decorated. After the covering member 6 is sutured to the upper skin part 4 and the tongue-shaped part 12 of the insole 2 is returned to its original state to close the opening 11, the outsole 7 is attached to the lower surface of the insole 2. When attaching the decorative covering member 6 to the upper skin part 4, the covering member 6 can be pressed onto the upper skin part 4 by hand from both the upper and lower sides through the opening 11, and the needle 20 and thread 21 can be attached to the upper skin part 4 through the opening 11. Since the stitching can be carried out while pulling out both the upper and lower sides through the thread, the stitching work is very simple. Therefore, the manufacturing of the shoes 1 is extremely easy, and mass production is possible without requiring any skill. Manufacturing costs can be significantly reduced. Also shoes 1
The upper front part of the car has a double layer of the upper skin part 4 and the decorative covering member 6, so the strength is very high.
It has the effect of being highly durable.
