(考案の効果)
叙上の如く、本考案によれば、ワーク支持具上
のワークの軸方向端面に対向して進退駆動され、
ワツシヤ部材の外径より稍大径の内径を有し、ワ
ツシヤ部材の組付に先だつてワークの軸方向端面
に当接されてワツシヤ部材外径面の案内となるガ
イド部材内に供給されたワツシヤ部材が、ワーク
に貫通配置された案内治具への芯出し部材の挿入
によつてワークとガイド部材との軸心合せを行つ
た状態のもとに、その外径面を該ガイド部材内壁
に案内しつつガイド部材内を摺動する押出し部材
によつて、ワークの軸方向端面に押圧されて組み
付けられるようにしたので、ワークの外径より小
さな外径とワークの内径より大きな内径とを有す
るワツシヤ部材であつても、ワークへの自動組付
を極めて容易に行うことができるという実用的な

の外径より小径の外径と該ワークの内径より大径
の内径とを有するリング状のワツシヤ部材を組付
けるワツシヤ組付装置であつて、略テーパ状のガ
イド面を内径面に有し且つ前記ワークの内径面に
当接する外径面を有する略円筒形状とされ、前記
ワークに対して貫通配置されて該ワークの軸方向
端面から外方に一部が突出する案内治具と、前記
ワークを支持するワーク支持具と、前記ワツシヤ
部材の外径より稍大径の内径を有する円筒形状と
され、前記ワーク支持具上のワークの軸方向端面
に対向して進退駆動され、前記ワツシヤ部材の組
付に先だつてワークの軸方向端面に当接されてワ
ツシヤ部材外径面の案内となるガイド部材と、棒
形状とされ、前記ワークの軸方向端面に対向して
進退駆動され、前記案内治具の内径面に対して摺
動可能に挿入されて前記ワークの中心と前記ワツ
シヤ部材の中心とを一致させる芯出し部材と、前
記ガイド部材と芯出し部材との間に位置し、前記
ワークの軸方向端面に対向して進退駆動され、前
記ワツシヤ部材を前記ワークの軸方向端面に押圧
して前記案内治具の突出部に嵌合組付する押出し
部材とを備えていることを特徴とするワツシヤ組
