Reference numeral 2 denotes a short column, which is erected along the column 1, and is rotatable outward toward the roadside using its base 24 as a fulcrum. The above pillars 1 and short pillars 2 are shown with details omitted, but are H-shaped, L-shaped, etc.
Shaped steel is used to facilitate the attachment of bolts, pins, etc., and is devised so that the main part 25 of the short column 2 is integrated with the column 1. 5 is a set bolt that fixes the short column 2 to the column 1.

The number of cross-connected sets of the connecting pieces 31 and the plate attachment pieces 32 is determined by taking into consideration the number of snow protection plates to be attached thereto. In the figure, the connecting piece 31 and the plate attachment piece 32 are cross-connected so that four snow protection plates can be attached.

The upper end crossing portion 33' of the telescopic member 3 is fixed in an extended state by a pin. 23 is short column 2
This is a fastening hole provided in the upper part 21 of the telescopic member 3, and is for fastening the upper end intersection portion 33' of the telescopic member 3 in a contracted state with a pin. Note that the upper part 21 and lower part 22 of the short column 2 expressed here indicate the vertical positional relationship, and the distance between the upper part 21 and the lower part 22 is the same as that when the telescopic member 3 is contracted. The distance approximately corresponds to the distance between the upper end intersection 33' and the lower end intersection 33. Therefore, as long as the above positional relationship is maintained, the upper part 21 and lower part 22 of the short column 2 may be set slightly below the short column 2.

Note that this spacer 6 may be attached to the upper end of the support column 1, and only the hook 7 may be attached to the upper end intersection 33' of the telescopic member 3.
Further, the spacer 6 may not be used.

It is attached using fittings such as shaped steel pieces or bolts and nuts. By attaching the snow protection plates 4 to the telescopic member 3 in this way, four snow protection plates 4 can be installed between the columns 1.

As a result, the wind converges in the diagonal direction of the road surface and the snow on the road surface can be effectively blown away, similar to the conventional snow blowing fence.

Remove the pin and lower it down. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the extensible member 3 changes from an expanded state to a contracted state due to its own weight, and the snow protection plates 4 attached to it also become small and overlapped.

It is pinned to the short pillar 2 at the position of the fastening hole 23 in the upper part 21 of the short pillar 2. After that, by removing the set bolt 5 fixing the support column 1 and the short column 2, and rotating the short column 2 outward toward the roadside, as shown in FIG. The board 4 moves outward to the roadside together with the short pillar 2.

Furthermore, the snow protection boards can be moved from between the pillars to the outside of the roadside by combining each snow protection board into a set using the telescopic member as described above, and when necessary, the snow protection fence can be easily moved by reversing the above operation. It can be assembled and its work is easy.
