《考案が解決しようとする問題点》

に取付けてもミラーとして十分に用足しが出来な

杆１を形成した支柱９の内部孔８に挿通し、該支
柱９の上部に固定金具３を取付け、該固定金具３
は第１螺子杆１０，１０を介して取付基板１１を
取付け、該取付基板１１の上部には太陽電池作動
体１２を取付けた傘板１３と太陽電池作動体１２
に電池１４を介して連設し点灯する警報灯１５を
取付け、更に取付基板１１には第２螺子杆１６，
１６を介して鏡面板２の支持板１７を取付け、該
支持板１７には電熱体４を添設し、電熱体コード
差込み１８を差込む電熱体コードコンセント１９
を支持板１７に設け、又更に支持板１７の外周縁
