Description

【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案実施の１例を示すもので、ブロ
ー成形によるジヤバラ構造を有するブーツの断面
図、第２図はその組付断面図である。第３図は各
種エラストマーの硬度の位置づけ図、第４図は各
種材料間の密着性を示す図である。また第５図は
従来のゴム加硫系材料による肉厚製品の断面図、
第６図は、熱可塑性エラストマーのみによる比較
的剛性の高い材料による製品の断面図である。図
中の符号はそれぞれ下記部材を示す。 １……相対的に剛性の低い熱可塑性エラストマ
ー、２……相対的に剛性の高い熱可塑性エラスト
マー又は熱可塑性プラスチツク材料、３ａ，３ｂ
……車両用ブーツの組付相手物、４……加硫ゴム
系材料で製造された肉厚の製品、５……相対的に
剛性の高い材料で製造された肉薄製品。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 少なくとも２種類の剛性の異なるプラスチツ
    ク材料で構成され、シール部又は嵌合部はゴム的
    性質を有する相対的に剛性の低い材料からなり、
    ジヤバラ部又は屈曲部は相対的に剛性の高い材料
    からなることを特徴とするジヤバラ構造を有する
    車両用ブーツ。 ２ 前記ゴム的性質を有する相対的に剛性の低い
    材料は熱可塑性エラストマーからなり、前記相対
    的に剛性の高い材料は剛性の高い熱可塑性エラス
    トマー又は熱可塑性プラスチツクからなることを
    特徴とする請求項１に記載のジヤバラ構造を有す
    る車両用ブーツ。 ３ 前記車両用ブーツがブロー成形により製造さ
    れることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のジヤバラ
    構造を有する車両用ブーツ。
