Special curing is required to prevent the waterproof layer from breaking during this period. Furthermore, there are many other problems, such as a decrease in the waterproof function due to external influences such as temperature.

A water stop and anchor hardware is formed by a water stop surface and multiple anchor reinforcing bars, and by installing this water stop and anchor hardware between the lower frame of the sash and the concrete slab, the anchor reinforcing bars are always kept at the specified height and horizontal position. At the same time, a so-called dry water stop surface is formed.

They are installed at predetermined intervals in a state perpendicular to the reinforcing bars 12. In other words, the water stop/anchor hardware 1 has a water stop surface 11 made of a strip steel plate above it, and an anchor reinforcing bar 1 below it.

Next, concrete is poured on the slab formwork to form concrete slab 3.
form. Normally, the lower end of the water stop surface 11 is poured so that it is approximately 20 mm deep from the top surface of the concrete slab 3. After the concrete slab 3 has hardened, the lower frame 2 of the sash is placed from above, and the anchor reinforcing bars 1 are installed.
3, 13... are brought into contact with the protruding piece 21 and welded. As described above, the anchor reinforcing bars 13, 13, . Also, anchor reinforcing bars 13, 13...
The upper ends of each of the anchor reinforcing bars 13, 13 are also formed substantially flush with the upper edge of the water stop surface 11, so that the anchor reinforcing bars 13, 13 protrude.
Therefore, the lower frame 2 of the sash can be easily and horizontally welded.
