[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a brake system, and in particular to an auxiliary electric pump system that backs up when the main pump driven by the engine of a brake booster breaks down, and a brake circuit abnormality warning system. The present invention relates to improvements in brake systems for large vehicles such as trucks and buses. [Prior Art] As a brake device used in large vehicles, a brake booster 1 is used as shown in FIG.
, master cylinder 2, and brake actuation device 3
Some brake systems are equipped with an auxiliary electric pump system 4A and a brake circuit abnormality warning system 5A. The brake booster 1 includes a cylinder 6, a power piston (not shown) slidably fitted into the cylinder 6, and a variable throttle valve built into the power piston and linked to a brake pedal 7. (not shown) and a main pump 9 driven by an engine 8. When the brake pedal 7 is depressed, the variable throttle valve is throttled, so the pressure supplied from the main pump 9 to the cylinder 6 is reduced. The oil causes a power piston (not shown) in the cylinder to move forward. A piston (not shown) in the master cylinder 2 is moved by this power piston, and the brake actuating device 3 operates to perform a brake operation. On the other hand, the auxiliary electric pump system 4A includes an auxiliary electric pump 10 that sends pressure oil into the cylinder 6 when the main pump 9 fails, and a yellow lamp 11 that lights up when the auxiliary electric pump 10 is operating. The electric circuit of this auxiliary electric pump system 4A includes a relay 13.
It is equipped with One end of the auxiliary electric pump 10 is connected to a battery 14 via a relay switch 13a of a relay 13, and the other end is grounded. On the other hand, a yellow lamp 11 and a buzzer 12 are connected in parallel to the relay coil 13b of the relay 13, one end of which is connected to the battery 14 via the brake pedal switch 15, and the other end is grounded via the flow switch 16. ing. flow switch 1
6 is OFF when the main pump 9 is operating, and is turned OFF when a failure occurs in the oil supply system of the main pump 9.
It is configured to turn on and operate the auxiliary electric pump 10. The brake circuit abnormality warning system 5A includes a starter switch 17 connected to the battery 14.
The other end of the red lamp 18 is connected to a brake fluid level switch 19 whose one end is grounded, and a pressure differential switch 20 whose other end is grounded. It is connected to the. The brake fluid level switch 19 turns ON when the brake fluid is insufficient, and the pressure differential switch 20
turns ON when a pressure difference occurs between the front and rear sides of master cylinder 2. Next, brake circuit abnormality warning system 5
A and the operation of the auxiliary electric pump system 4A will be explained. When the starter switch 17 is ON or in contact with ST, the brake fluid level switch 19 may become ON due to insufficient brake fluid, or a pressure difference may occur between the front and rear sides of the master cylinder 2, resulting in pressure failure. Financial switch 20
When turned on, the red lamp 18 lights up to warn of an abnormality. Meanwhile, the main pump 9 breaks down and the flow switch 1
6 is turned on, when the brake pedal 7 is depressed and the brake pedal switch 15 is turned on, the yellow lamp 11 lights up and the buzzer 12 sounds, current flows through the relay coil 13b, and the relay switch 13a is turned on. , an auxiliary electric pump 10 is driven by a battery 14. As a result, pressure oil is supplied to the brake booster 1, and a warning is given that the auxiliary electric pump 10 is operating. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, the circuit of the brake circuit abnormality warning system and the circuit of the auxiliary electric pump system have the following problems. (1) When a failure occurs in the main pump or its hydraulic circuit, if the brake pedal switch is turned on,
Current flows through the flow switch to the relay coil, which turns the relay switch ON and lights up a yellow lamp and sounds a buzzer to alert you that the auxiliary electric pump system is operating. However, if there is a failure on the main power circuit side, the auxiliary electric pump may not operate despite the activation warning. (2) Since the brake pedal switch is connected in series with the relay coil, the auxiliary electric pump will not operate if the brake pedal switch is malfunctioning. (3) Since no warning is given in the event of a red lamp burnout, the brake circuit abnormality warning system does not work when the red lamp is burnt out. The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and aims to solve the above problems and improve the performance of an auxiliary electric pump system and a brake circuit abnormality warning system. (Means for Solving the Problems) A brake device according to the present invention includes a brake booster 1 that uses pressure oil from a main pump 9 to operate a master cylinder 2 in response to a brake pedal 7; In the brake system, the brake system is equipped with an auxiliary electric pump system 4 that supplementally supplies oil to the brake booster 1, and a brake circuit abnormality warning system 5 that warns by means of a warning means 18 in the event of an abnormality in the brake circuit. Warning means 11 and 12 in this system 4 are connected in series to a relay switch 13a interposed in the power supply circuit 10a of the auxiliary electric pump 10 in the auxiliary electric pump system 4, and a relay coil for opening and closing the relay switch 13a. 13b is capable of supplying power from two independent circuits of a switch 15 and a starter switch 17 that detect the operation of the brake pedal 7 when the detection switch 15 and the starter switch 17 are connected;
Further, the warning means 18 in the brake circuit abnormality warning system 5 is connected to the flow switch 16 that detects an abnormality in the brake booster 1.
6 and is configured to be able to supply power when the starter switch 17 is connected. (Function) By connecting the warning means in the auxiliary electric pump system to the power supply circuit of the pump, the power supply states to the pump and the warning means are matched, thereby eliminating false warnings in the event of a power supply circuit failure. Further, since the relay coil is supplied with power from two independent circuits, one passing through the brake pedal switch and the other passing through the starter switch, the excitation of the relay coil is not affected by a failure of the brake pedal switch. Furthermore, by connecting a flow switch to the brake circuit abnormality warning means, when the main pump is not driven (that is, when the flow switch is ON), turning the starter switch ON or in the ST position will prevent the brake circuit abnormality warning means from malfunctioning. You can check if the red lamp is burnt out or the circuit is broken. [Embodiment] FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing a brake device that is an embodiment of the present invention. Note that in FIG. 1, the same reference numerals as in FIG. 2 indicate the same components as those described above. In this embodiment, the brake device is equipped with a first rectifier 21 and a second rectifier 22 made of diodes, etc., and both rectifiers 21 and 22 are interposed in series between the starter switch 17 and the brake pedal switch 15, respectively. and the first rectifier 2
1 allows the current to flow in the direction from the starter switch 17 to the brake pedal switch 15, and the second rectifier 22 allows the current to flow in the direction from the brake pedal switch 15 to the starter switch 17, respectively. It is arranged. One end of a relay coil 13b of a relay 13 is connected between both rectifiers 21 and 22, and the other end of the relay coil 13b is grounded via a flow switch 16 installed in the brake booster 1. . One end of a red lamp circuit 23 is connected between the flow switch 16 and the relay coil 13b, and the other end of this circuit 23 is connected to the red lamp 18 as a warning means in the brake circuit abnormality warning system 5 and the brake fluid level. It is connected between the switch 15 and the pressure differential switch 20. A yellow lamp 11 and a buzzer 12 as warning means of the auxiliary electric pump system 4 in this embodiment
is a circuit 24 independent from the relay coil 13b.
are arranged in parallel with each other, and one end of this circuit 24 is connected to the relay switch 13a.
It is connected to the position closest to the auxiliary electric pump 10 of the power supply circuit from the auxiliary electric pump 10, and the other end is grounded without going through the floss switch 16. In FIGS. 1 and 2, 25 is a warning display board provided with a yellow lamp 11, a buzzer 12, and a red lamp 18, and 26 is a circuit for supplying electricity to the stop lamp. Next, the action will be explained. In addition, in the following, the rotation state of the pump is

That is, in this case, the brake fluid level switch 19 and the pressure differential switch 20 are off, and when the main pump 10 is turned on, the flow switch 16 is turned off, and the red lamp 18 is turned off. . Furthermore, since the relay coil 13b is demagnetized, the relay switch 13a is turned off. Therefore, the auxiliary electric pump 10 does not rotate, and the yellow lamp 11 and buzzer 12 do not rotate.
will be turned off. (2) Contents of warning in case of abnormality When the main pump is out of order When the starter switch 17 is turned on and the engine 8
is rotated, brake pedal switch 1
5 is ON or OFF, the red lamp 18, yellow lamp 11, and buzzer 12 are turned ON. That is, if the main pump 9 is out of order, the flow switch 16 will be turned on, so the red lamp 18 will be turned on.
do. Further, when the flow switch 16 and the starter switch 17 are turned on, the relay coil 13b is excited through the first rectifier 21, so the relay switch 13a is turned on. Therefore, the auxiliary electric pump 10 is turned on, and the yellow lamp 11 and buzzer 12 are also turned on. If the auxiliary electric pump system is out of order: With the starter switch 17 turned OFF and the engine stopped, turn off the brake pedal switch 1.
Even if 5 is turned on, yellow lamp 11 and buzzer 1
2 is turned off. That is, since the flow switch 16 is turned on when the main pump 9 is turned off, the relay coil 13b is excited through this switch 16, the brake pedal switch 15, and the second rectifier 22, and the relay switch 13a is turned on. However, if there is a failure in the power supply circuit 10a of the auxiliary electric pump, the yellow lamp 11 and the buzzer 12 are not energized and are not turned on. If there is a shortage of brake fluid or a failure in the brake circuit system, the starter switch 17 is turned on and the main pump 9 is turned on.
In the ON state, the red lamp 18 turns ON. That is, when there is a shortage of brake fluid or a failure in the brake circuit system, the main pump 9 is turned on and the brake fluid level switch 19 is turned on even though the flow switch 16 is turned off, or the pressure differential switch 20 is turned on. Because it is ON,
Red lamp 1 turns on when starter switch 17 is turned on.
Current flows through 8. If the flow switch is malfunctioning. Starter switch 17 is ON, main pump 9 is ON.
When the brake pedal switch 15 is in the ON state,
Whether it is ON or OFF, the red lamp 1
8. Yellow lamp 11 and buzzer 12 turn on. That is, even if the main pump 9 is turned on, if the flow switch 16 is out of order, the flow switch 16 will be turned on.
Therefore, as described above, the red lamp 18 is grounded, and the relay coil 13b is excited, so that the relay switch 13a is turned on. Therefore, the red lamp 18 is turned on. Further, the auxiliary electric pump 10 is turned on, and the yellow lamp 11 and buzzer 12 are turned on. If the buzzer is broken or disconnected. Starter switch 17 is connected to ON or ST,
With main pump 9 turned off, yellow lamp 1
Even if 1 is ON, the buzzer 12 will be OFF. That is, since the flow switch 16 is turned on when the main pump 9 is turned off, the relay coil 13b is energized as described above, and the relay switch 13a is turned on, so that the auxiliary electric pump 10 is turned on.
is turned on, and the yellow lamp 11 is also turned on.
However, buzzer 2 does not sound because it is malfunctioning or has a disconnection. If the yellow lamp is burnt out or the wire is disconnected. Starter switch 17 is connected to ON or ST,
With main pump 9 turned off, yellow lamp 1
1 turns OFF and buzzer 12 turns ON. Main pump 9
Since the flow switch 16 is turned ON by turning OFF, the relay switch 13a is turned ON as described above.
Therefore, the buzzer 12 sounds, but the yellow lamp 11 does not light up because the yellow lamp is burnt out or the wire is disconnected. If the red lamp is burnt out or the wire is disconnected. Starter switch 17 is connected to ON or ST,
When the main pump 9 is OFF, the red lamp 18 is
It turns off. That is, even though the flow switch 16 is OFF due to the main pump 9 being OFF, the red lamp 18 does not light up because the red lamp 18 is burnt out or disconnected. The above effects are summarized as shown in Table 1 listed at the end of the "Detailed Description of the Invention" column. In the table, (1) to (2) correspond to the titles in the explanation of the effects described above. Furthermore, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and within the scope of the invention,
It goes without saying that various changes are possible. For example, the warning means is not limited to a red lamp, a yellow lamp and a buzzer. The circuit configuration in which power is fed to the relay coil into two systems, a brake pedal switch circuit and a starter switch circuit, is not limited to using a rectifier, but may also use a transistor or the like. [Effects of the invention] (1) By connecting a warning means such as a lamp or buzzer in the auxiliary electric pump system to the power supply circuit of the auxiliary electric pump, the auxiliary electric pump will always operate when the lamp or buzzer is on. This means that the reliability of the auxiliary electric pump system can be improved. (2) By installing the first and second rectifiers, it is possible to supply power to the relay coil from the brake pedal switch circuit and starter switch circuit, ensuring operation of the auxiliary electric pump even in the event of a brake pedal switch failure. can do. (3) By connecting a flow switch to a brake circuit abnormality warning means such as a red lamp, it is possible to confirm whether the red lamp is burnt out or a disconnection, and the reliability of the brake circuit abnormality warning system can be improved. can.
