It was designed to cause the temperature to change to the heat retention operation.
In this way, conventional electric pots boil the water in the pot to a predetermined high temperature without boiling it. However, it is known that tea and coffee taste better if boiled water is used. For this reason, it is desired to develop an electric pot that can boil the water inside the pot, but in this case, if the pot were to have a sealed structure, the pressure inside the pot would become high, which would be extremely dangerous. For this reason, a structure is required to allow the steam inside the pot to escape.
However, in addition to this structure, boiling water also generates steam, so you need to be careful if you have small children or babies around. For this reason, when a boiling operation is to be performed, it is necessary for the user to be sure of the recognition and start the operation, and it is necessary to prevent the boiling operation from being easily performed due to an erroneous operation. For this reason, the inventors of the present invention have considered making the start operation during the boiling operation a little more complicated, but this poses a problem in that it becomes difficult to remember the operating procedure and it becomes troublesome to handle.

TRS is installed. A lead-out pipe 37 is attached to the lower end of the tank 5, and the leading end of the lead-out pipe 37 is inclined obliquely upward and projects to the outside of the front side of the case 1. An opening/closing valve mechanism 38 is provided at the protruding end portion, and the opening/closing valve mechanism 38 will be described in detail.
An operating shaft 40 is inserted into the
First and second valve bodies 41 and 42 made of an elastic material such as rubber are attached to each of the valve bodies 0 . The operating shaft 40 is urged leftward in the figure by a spring 43, and this urging force causes the first and second valve bodies 4 to
1 and 42 elastically abut against the peripheral wall of the valve port 39, thereby closing the valve port 39 in a fluid-tight manner. The second valve body 42 integrally has a cylindrical thin wall portion 45 on its periphery, and this thin wall portion 45 is elastically deformed to spread around its outer periphery due to the biasing force of the spring 43, so that the thin wall portion 45 is elastically deformed around the valve port 39. Close to the wall. Therefore, when the operating shaft 40 is operated to move rightward in the figure against the spring 43, the first
The second valve body 41 is separated from the peripheral wall of the valve port 39, and then, with a slight delay, the second valve body 42 is separated from the peripheral wall of the valve port 39, and the valve port 39 is opened. Then, when the operating shaft 40 moves to the left in the drawing due to the biasing force of the spring 43, contrary to the above, first the second valve body 42 comes into contact with the peripheral wall of the valve port 39, and then the first
The valve body 41 contacts the peripheral wall of the valve port 39. Therefore, there is no case where only one of the valve bodies 41, 42 comes into contact with the peripheral wall of the valve port 39 and the other does not, and both valve bodies 41, 42 always come into contact with the peripheral wall of the valve port 39. 39 is reliably closed, and even if the second valve body 42, which comes into direct contact with high-temperature water, deteriorates relatively early, the first valve body 41 can prevent the valve port 39 from being closed. Since it can be maintained, there is an advantage that water will not leak from the valve port 39.

When power is turned on and a voltage is output to the stabilized power supply 101, an interrupt is generated at regular intervals according to a command from the CPU, and the interrupt process shown in FIG. 4 is performed. That is, when this process starts, other interrupts are first prohibited. Each time an interrupt occurs, each display element (hereinafter referred to as LED) 82a to 8
2o to a predetermined number, for example, LEDs 82a to 82e,
The lights are turned on alternately in groups of 82f to 82j and 82k to 82o. Following this LED lighting process, the timer function performs a counting operation. This counting operation is performed by one each time each interrupt is performed. For example, when the boiling switch 80c is operated, the time required to accept the start/cancel switch 80a is 10 seconds, and the time for accepting the start/cancel switch 80a is 10 seconds. It is used to count the energization time to the heater 35, timer setting time, etc. Next, check whether the water temperature detected by the water temperature detector 36 is 110°C or higher,
If the temperature is 110℃ or higher, it is determined that the water is boiling and the dry cooking set flag is set, then the boiling water is displayed.
The LED 82a and the start display LED 80b are blinked. Further, if the temperature is lower than 110°C, the boiling water display LED 82a and the start display LED 80b are immediately blinked. Next, start/cancel switch 80a, timer switch 8
0b, the state of the boiling switch 80c is captured. If the start/cancel switch 80a is on, it is checked whether the boiling switch 80c has already been turned on, and if it is, the start display LED 82b is switched from flashing to continuous operation, and the boiling switch is turned on. If 80c is not turned on, the boiling water display LED 82a is turned off, and the start display LED 82b is switched from blinking to continuous operation. Next, it is determined by reading from the RAM whether the start/cancel switch 80a was on at the time of the previous interrupt, and if it was on at the time of the previous interrupt, the interrupt is permitted and the process is terminated.

If the switch is in the operating state, the switch operation is determined to be a cancellation operation and a cancellation process is performed, and if it is not in the operating state, it is determined to be a start operation and the operation is started. Furthermore, if the previous start/cancel switch 80a is off, then a check is made to see if the timer switch 80b is on. Then, if the timer switch 80b is on, the count of the timer function is cleared, the timer function is set again, and interrupts are permitted, and this process ends. Further, if the timer switch 80b is off, then the boiling switch 80b is turned off.
Check whether c is on. If the switch 80c is turned on, the boiling water display LED 82a is switched from a blinking operation to a continuous lighting operation, and then the count of the timer function is cleared and the boiling operation is processed. Then, interrupts are permitted and this processing is terminated.

Main control processing shown in FIGS. 8 to 8 is performed. First, in FIG. 5, microcomputer 100 reads the states of start/cancel switch 80a, timer switch 80b, and boiling switch 80c, and issues commands to these switches according to the states. This process first allows interrupts, performs initialization, and checks the empty cooking set flag.
If this flag is set, it is determined that dry cooking is occurring, and each LED 82a to 82o is flashed. The reason why we set the dry cooking temperature to 110℃ is because the temperature at boiling will never exceed 100℃.
Furthermore, this was done with consideration to the reliability of operation. In the dry cooking state, the state of the start/cancel switch 80a is also taken in, and if this switch is on, the energy saving/warming operation shown in FIG. 7 is controlled. On the other hand, if it is not in the dry cooking state, the state of the timer switch 80b is read. If this switch 80b is in the on state, the timer setting control shown in FIG. 8 is performed, and if this switch 80b is in the off state, the start/cancel switch 80a is
Take in the state of. If the start/cancel switch 80a is on, the control shown in FIG. 7 is performed, and if it is off, the water temperature is detected by the water temperature detector 36.
Check whether the temperature is below 85℃. If the water temperature is higher than 85°C, the control shown in FIG. 7 is carried out, and if it is below 85°C, the next state of the boiling switch 80c is taken. And this switch 8
If 0c is off, this process is returned to the initialization described above, and if this switch 80c is on, it is checked whether 10 seconds have passed since this switch 80c was turned on, and if 10 seconds have elapsed. If the start/cancel switch 80a is operated before the lapse of 10 seconds, the boiling control shown in FIG. 6 will be performed, and if 10 seconds have elapsed, the control will be returned to the initialization.

Subsequently, the water temperature T 0 in the tank 5 at the time of start is detected based on the signal from the water temperature detector 36 . The internal clock then uses the count function to count the energization time until the water temperature rises by 10°C. and water temperature T
When the temperature reaches T 0 +10℃, the rate of change in temperature rise is determined from the starting temperature T 0 and the counted energization time, and from this rate of change, the current temperature of the water in the tank 5 is determined.
That is, the time t 0 required for the water to boil from T 0 +10°C is calculated, and the water heater is thereafter energized for the time t 0 . Thereafter, the water supply heater 35 continues to be energized until this energization time elapses or unless a cancellation operation is performed using the start/cancellation switch 80a. When this energization time has elapsed, the kettle heater relay RL1 is turned off, the boiling completion display LED 82b is turned on, and the boiling water display LED 82a is turned off. and control the seventh
Move to figure. It should be noted that if cancellation occurs during the elapse of the energization time, the control returns to the initialization in the process shown in FIG. 5 described above.

Check whether c is turned on. If the timer switch 80b is on, the control shifts to FIG. 8, and even if the timer switch 80b is off, the boiling switch 80
If c is on, the process shifts to the 10 second wait process shown in FIG. When the timer switch 80b and the boiling switch 80c are both in the OFF state, it is next checked whether the water temperature in the tank 5 is below 85°C. If the temperature is not lower than 85°C, the heat retention display LED 82d is turned on, the kettle heater relay RL1 is turned off, and the heat retention heater relay RL2 is turned on, thereby transitioning from the boiling operation to the heat retention operation. In addition, if the water temperature is below 85℃, it is determined that water has been replenished midway through, and the heater relay RL2 is turned off, and the boiling completion display LED8 is turned off.
2b is turned off, the normal kettle display LED 82c is turned on, and the kettle heater relay RL1 is turned on. Next, there is a cancellation using the start/cancel switch 80a, or the water temperature in the tank 5 is 96.5℃.
Is there more than that, or is the timer switch 80b on?
Furthermore, it sequentially checks whether the boiling switch 80c is on or not, and if there is a cancellation, it moves to the initialization of the process shown in FIG. If the switch 80b is on, the process shifts to the process shown in Figure 8, and if the boiling switch 80c is on, the process goes to 10 in Figure 5.

する。 In the apparatus of the present invention configured as described above, when water is poured into the tank 5 and the power is turned on, the boiling water display LED 82a and the start display LED 82 first flash, and then the boiling water switch 80 is turned on.
c and prompts the user to operate the start/cancel switch 80a. In this state, when the boiling switch 80c is operated, the boiling water display LED 82a is switched from a blinking operation to a continuous lighting operation. However, in this state, only the start display LED 82b blinks to prompt the start/cancel switch 80a to be operated next. In this state, if you operate the start/cancel switch 80a within 10 seconds, the start display will be displayed.
The LED 82b switches from a blinking state to a continuous lighting state, and the kettle heater relay RL1 is turned on to start supplying electricity to the kettle heater 35, thereby starting a boiling operation. Moreover, if only the start/cancel switch 80a is operated without operating the boiling switch 80c, the boiling water display LED 82a will be turned off.
And the start display LED 82b switches from blinking operation to continuous lighting operation. Also for normal kettle display
The LED 82d lights up and the water heater relay RL1 is turned on to start supplying electricity to the water heater 35, thereby starting the normal water heating operation. At the same time as the start, the water temperature detector 36 starts detecting the water temperature T 0 in the tank 5. Then, during boiling operation, the energization time count operation starts, and when the water temperature rises by 10℃, the water temperature at the start time T 0 and 10℃
The rate of change in water temperature rise is determined from the energization time until the water temperature rises, and from that rate of change, the energization time to the water heater 35 required for the water in the tank 5 to boil is t 0
Calculate. In this manner, during the boiling operation, the energization time until boiling is calculated from the rate of increase in water temperature, and the energization of the water heater 35 is controlled based on the energization time. When this time period has elapsed, water heater relay RL1 is turned off, power supply to the water heater 35 is stopped, and the boiling completion display is activated.
LED82c lights up and LED8 is used to indicate boiling water.
2a goes out. After that, the heat-retaining heater relay RL2 is turned on and the heat-retaining operation is performed. Also,
In the case of normal water boiling operation, when the water temperature reaches 96.5° C., power supply to the water boiling heater 35 is stopped, and power supply to the warming heater 96 is started, thereby shifting to the heat retention operation.

Only the LED 82a switches to continuous lighting, and the start display LED 82b continues to blink to prompt the next operation, so the LED 82a,
By blinking 82b, the procedure for operating the switch during boiling operation can be easily understood and handling becomes simple. Note that if you directly operate the start/cancel switch 80a while the LEDs 82a and 82b are flashing, the water boils normally, so in this case the boiling water display LED 82a turns off.
The start display LED 82b lights up continuously, indicating that the next switch operation is unnecessary, and the operation can be easily understood in this case as well.
