Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 溶接トーチによつて被溶接物に溶接を施す
際、該被溶接物の裏面に当てられて該被溶接物を
支持する金属製の裏当て治具において、 該被溶接物裏面への接触部の形状を、該被溶接
物の裏面外周縁に沿つてこれに当接する第一当接
部と、中心部ないしその近傍において該被溶接物
の裏面に当接する第二当接部と、それら当接部間
に形成された環状の凹溝とを有する形状と成した
ことを特徴とする溶接用裏当て治具。 (2) 溶接トーチによつて被溶接物に溶接を施す
際、該被溶接物の裏面に当てられて該被溶接物を
支持する金属製の裏当て治具において、 該被溶接物裏面への接触部の形状を、該被溶接
物の裏面外周縁に沿つてこれに当接する当接部と
、当接部の内側に形成された凹形状部とを有する
形状と成し、且つ該凹形状部内に、被溶接物裏面
に接触する状態でセラミツク材を充填したことを
特徴とする溶接用裏当て治具。
