シユパネルの車室側のパネル面形状に合致するよ
うに成形され、ダツシユパネルの車室側のパネル
面に取り付けられるダツシユパネルインシユレー
タにおいて、 塩化ビニール薄板とその一側面に重ね合わされ
たウレタン発泡体とからなり、塩化ビニール薄板
にはダツシユパネルの貫通穴の穴径よりも大きな
径を有する穴が予備成形されており、塩化ビニー
ル薄板の上記穴の位置に対応する位置にその穴径
よりも大きな径を有する凹部を備えた雌金型と塩
化ビニール薄板の上記穴の内部に突出するダツシ
ユパネルの上記貫通穴よりも径の小さい径を有す
る突部を備えた雄金型との間に上記塩化ビニール
薄板を配置し、塩化ビニール薄板と雄金型との間
にウレタン樹脂を注入して発泡させ、塩化ビニー
ル薄板にその上記一側面から上記穴の内周面を通
り他側面に進出するシール部を形成し、このシー
ル部を自身が有する弾性で上記接続部品に密着さ
せるようにしたことを特徴とするダツシユパネル
