The present invention is suitable for removing organic matter, especially hard stains caused by oils that have changed due to heat and oxidation, adhering to areas around household microwave ovens, cooking ovens, ventilation fans, walls around kitchens, plywood, glass, refrigerators, etc. The present invention relates to a liquid cleaning composition. Dirt on ventilation fans, walls around the kitchen, plywood, glass, refrigerators, etc. is often caused by oil used during cooking or oil contained in food, which becomes fine particles that fly up when heated. If these oils are left for a long time, they will be oxidized by heat and oxygen in the air, and will turn into a brown sticky resinous substance. This deteriorated oil is a strong stain,
Since it cannot be removed with ordinary cleaning agents, various improvements have been made so far. Conventionally, liquid cleaning agents have been known that combine an alkaline agent such as caustic soda, caustic potash, or sodium silicate, and a surfactant with a monoalkyl ether such as ethylene glycol or diethylene glycol as a solvent; However, when used normally, the detergent has a low viscosity and drips, resulting in insufficient detergency. The inventors of the present invention have conducted extensive research to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and have found that by combining swellable clay minerals with specific solvents, surfactants, and alkaline agents, they have improved cleaning power against denatured oil, etc. In addition, the present inventors have discovered that it is excellent in usability because it does not feel sticky after wiping and has a suitable viscosity, leading to the creation of the present invention. That is, the present invention is characterized by containing the following components (A) to (D). (A) Swellable clay mineral 0.1-10wt%, (B) Solvent represented by general formula () 0.1-30wt

水 バランス[Formula] represents -O-, x is 0 to 8, y is 0 to 3, and x+y≧2. ) (C) Surfactant 1 to 20 wt% (D) Alkaline agent 0.5 to 20 wt% In the present invention, swelling clay minerals used as component (A) include smectite clay minerals and double-chain structure clay minerals. , preferable examples include montmorillonite, nontronite,
Examples include clays containing hectorite, vermiculite, attapulgite, sepiolite, sapomate, and mixtures thereof as main components. These swelling clay minerals may be used alone or in a mixture of two or more, and the blending amount is in the range of 0.1 to 10% by weight, preferably 0.5 to 8% by weight based on the total amount of the composition. be. This amount is 0.1
If it is less than % by weight, the viscosity necessary for stabilization cannot be obtained;
Moreover, if it exceeds 10% by weight, the viscosity becomes too high, which is undesirable for use. The solvent used as component (B) in the composition of the present invention is a polyoxyalkylene mono(or di)lower alkyl ether having the structure of the general formula (), in which the oxy of the polyoxyalkylene chain (EO ) The bonding order of the ethylene and oxypropylene units does not matter. This solvent has swelling and dissolving effects on fat and oil stains, and unlike other solvents that can dissolve fats and oils, it has a good odor and is sufficiently effective even when diluted with water. , can coexist stably with the swelling clay mineral of component (A). Preferred solvents used in the present invention include triethylene glycol monopropylene glycol monomethyl ether, diethylene glycol monopropylene glycol monomethyl ether, tripropylene glycol monomethyl ether, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, hexaethylene glycol monoethyl ether, triethylene glycol monopropyl Examples include ether, diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, triethylene glycol monobutyl ether, diethylene glycol isobutyl ether, diethylene glycol dimethyl ether, hexaethylene glycol dimethyl ether, triethylene glycol methyl butyl ether, and the like. Each of these solvents may be used alone or in combination of two or more, and the blending amount is 0.1 to 30wt based on the total amount of the composition.
%, preferably in the range of 0.5 to 15 wt%. If this amount is less than 0.1 wt%, it will not be possible to provide sufficient detergency, and if it exceeds 30 wt%, no significant improvement in detergency will be observed. The surfactant used as component (C) in the present invention is not particularly limited, and cleaning active ingredients used in general household detergents can be used. As the anionic surfactant among such surfactants, common sulfonate-based, sulfate-based, and phosphate-based anionic surfactants are used. Among these anionic surfactants, examples of sulfonate-based anionic surfactants include straight chain or branched alkyl ( C8 - C22 ) benzenesulfonates, long-chain alkyl ( C8 - C22 ) sulfonic acids, etc. Salt, long chain olefin (C 8
~ C22 ) Sulfonate salts and the like. In addition, examples of sulfate-based anionic surfactants include long-chain alkyl (C 8 - C 22 ) sulfate ester salts,
Polyoxyethylene (1 to 6 mol) long chain alkyl (C 8 to C 22 ) ether sulfate salt, polyoxyethylene (1 to 6 mol) alkyl (C 8 to C 18 ) phenyl ether sulfate salt, etc. is,
In addition, examples of phosphate-based anionic surfactants include long-chain monoalkyl, dialkyl, or sesquialkyl (each alkyl group has 8 to 8 carbon atoms).
22) phosphate, polyoxyethylene (1~
6 mol) monoalkyl, dialkyl or sesquialkyl (each alkyl group has 8 to 22 carbon atoms)
Examples include phosphates. Cations as counter ions for these anionic surfactants include, for example, alkali metal or alkaline earth metal ions such as sodium, potassium, and magnesium, alkanolamine ions such as monoethanolamine, diethanolamine, and triethanolamine, etc. can be mentioned. Examples of nonionic surfactants include polyoxyethylene (1
~20 mol) long chain alkyl (primary or secondary C 8
~ C22 ) Ether, polyoxyethylene (1~20
mole) alkyl ( C8 - C18 ) phenyl ether,
oxyalkylene addition compounds such as polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block polymers,
Examples include higher fatty acid alkanolamide or its alkylene oxide adduct, and long-chain tertiary amine oxide (C 12 to C 14 ). These surfactants may be used alone or in combination of two or more, and their blending amount is in the range of 1 to 20% by weight, preferably 3 to 15% by weight based on the total amount of the composition. It is. This amount is 1
If it is less than 20% by weight, the detergency will be poor, while if it exceeds 20% by weight, no significant improvement in detergency will be observed. As the alkali agent used as component (D) in the present invention, both inorganic alkali agents and organic alkali agents are used, and among them, preferred alkali agents include caustic soda, caustic potash, soda carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium silicate, ammonia, Examples include alkanolamines. These alkaline agents saponify or hydrolyze denatured oils that have undergone strong thermal denaturation and oxidative decomposition to produce many carboxyl groups, and promote their removal. The alkaline agent may be used alone or in combination of two or more, and the amount thereof is 0.5 to 20 wt%, preferably 1 to 10 wt% based on the total amount of the composition.
If this amount is less than 0.5% wt, the ability to saponify or hydrolyze and remove degraded oil is weak;
Even if it is blended in excess of %, the effect will not improve. The composition of the present invention contains hydrotropes such as lower alcohols and lower alkylbenzenesulfonic acids to maintain liquid properties at low or high temperatures, and viscosity modifiers such as inorganic salts such as sulfates and hydrochlorides. , abrasive materials such as silica sand, diatomaceous earth, and calcium carbonate, fragrances, and pigments. According to the liquid cleaning composition of the present invention, it is possible to easily remove degraded oil stains and the like around the kitchen, and since it has an appropriate viscosity, it is safe and exhibits excellent cleaning power. The product of the present invention may be used as is, but from the viewpoint of ease of use, an aerosol type or a spray type is suitable. Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to Examples. Prior to that, the evaluation method of the cleaning agent in the Examples will be shown below. Cleaning power: Salad oil and carbon black in weight ratio of 100/
Apply a mixture of 2 parts evenly on the iron plate,
The plate was then fired at a temperature of 170 to 200°C for 40 to 60 minutes to obtain a stain board. After applying a liquid detergent to the cloth and leaving it for 5 minutes, a load of 500 g was applied to the cotton knitted cloth and the cloth was reciprocated 10 times, and the state of stains was visually judged according to the following criteria. ○...Good stain removal △...Stain removal is uneven. ×...Almost no dirt can be removed. Viscosity Measure at 25℃ using a B8H type viscometer. Amount of Foaming Visually judge the amount of foam when the trigger spray is foamed and applied three times using a container. ○...Rich foaming △...Slightly foaming ×...Creaminess of the foam with almost no foaming The creaminess of the foam was observed with the naked eye when the foam was applied three times using a trigger spray container. ○...Fine, sticky, creamy foam △...Slightly coarse texture, less viscous foam ×...Rough texture, less viscous foam, foam adhesion state Condition after 5 minutes of foam application 3 times using a trigger spray container on a vertical tile surface Observe. ○...Almost no dripping △...Significant dripping ×...Significant mist dripping Observe the state of mist scattering when foaming is applied three times using a trigger spray container. ○...Almost no mist scattering △...Some mist scattering ×...Significant mist scattering Example 1 Using the solvents shown in Table 1, liquid cleaning agents with the following compositions were prepared and sprayed in a trigger type spray container. The detergency and foam condition of foam coating using the above-mentioned method were evaluated and shown in Table 1.
