Claims (1)
ヤフトを支持し、このカムシャフトの一端部にク

を設け、この被動部材が臨むシリンダヘツドの一
側部にカバーを結合するエンジンにおいて、 前記カバーを金属により形成して、この金属製
カバーの内面に前記カムシヤフトの前記被動部材
側の軸端面を突き当てるとともに、前記カムシヤ
フトの他端側の軸端面を前記シリンダヘツドまた
は前記シリンダヘツドに結合する他部材に突き当
てたことを特徴とするカムシヤフトの支持構造。 (2) 前記カムシヤフト内には軸方向油路が形成
されており、この軸方向油路の少なくとも一端部
を塞ぐ盲栓を設けて、この盲栓を金属製カバーの
内面、前記シリンダヘツドまたは前記他部材に突
き当てたことを特徴とする請求項１記載のカムシ
