It is difficult to completely remove air from the whole area by applying uniform force to each part, so air remains in some parts and does not absorb water, so elasticity works during sowing and the sown seeds As a result, the desired number of germination cannot be obtained as a result of this, and the presence of non-water-absorbing areas impairs the growth of seedlings, which reduces the quality and yield of the product. Furthermore, if the cultivation bed is divided into three parts and pressurized, the number of treatments will be tripled, resulting in a significant increase in labor and time, as well as severe worker fatigue.

Structure of the invention (means for solving the problem) The means of the invention for achieving the above-mentioned purpose consists of an aquarium filled with water and a squeezing part located underwater on one side of the aquarium. A water absorption device for a hydroponic cultivation bed is provided with a pair of squeezing rollers, a guiding member that guides the cultivation bed to a squeezing portion between the squeezing rollers, and a driving means for rotating the pair of squeezing rollers in opposite directions. .

Generally, synthetic resin such as foamed urethane or synthetic rubber is used, and when lifted from water after absorbing water,
A tray is placed in the water tank in advance to scoop up the cultivation bed evenly and prevent absorbed water from flowing out and creating non-water absorbing areas.

る。 The aquarium is filled with water, and in order to squeeze out air from the cultivation bed and absorb water in the water, it is made wide and deep enough to accommodate the cultivation bed and tray. If a means for discharging the water-absorbed cultivation bed is provided, it should be made long accordingly.

The distance between the rollers is set to 0 in order to completely squeeze out the air, that is, the circumferential surfaces are in contact with each other. The material used for the rollers is rubber or synthetic resin with appropriate hardness and elasticity. The line connecting them is inclined obliquely to the water surface, so that the cultivation bed, which is guided obliquely from above the water surface into the water by a guiding member described later, smoothly enters the squeezing part.

It is installed diagonally, and usually uses a chute on which the cultivation bed can be slid.
If necessary, a belt conveyor that rotates in synchronization with the squeezing roller may be used.

Gears of the same diameter are fixed to the roller shafts, and the gears are meshed to generate human power that is transmitted to one shaft. Alternatively, the power is transmitted to the other shaft and both rollers rotate oppositely at the same speed, so that the cultivation bed is squeezed evenly from above and below.

を行うことができる。 The means for carrying out the cultivation bed is for automatically taking out the cultivation bed that has absorbed water in the aquarium, and is provided at the upper part of the elongated aquarium, and the front side thereof is raised up when storing and taking out the container of the cultivation bed. It is formed so that it can be knocked down when being carried out, and the rear part has a gentle slope to go out of the water tank to prevent absorbed water from flowing out of the cultivation bed. If so, seeding can be performed following the water absorption operation.

However, if they are arranged above and below so as to sandwich the cultivation bed, the cultivation bed can be carried out more reliably.

When fed along the line, a pair of squeezing rollers draw in the cultivation bed and squeeze it by rotating at a constant speed in opposite directions, completely squeezing out the air contained in the internal space of the cultivation bed, and then restoring it in water, so that the air is removed. The operation of absorbing water into the empty space is performed evenly over the entire length of the cultivation bed, so the cultivation bed completely absorbs water and fits inside the tray, so at this time, the tray allows the cultivation to take place. If the bed is raised horizontally, a cultivation bed that has completely absorbed water can be obtained.

By automatically taking out the water so as not to cause water to flow out and sowing the seeds at the rear, it is possible to further save labor and increase efficiency in water absorption and sowing.

Effects of the invention As mentioned above, the device of the present invention squeezes the cultivation bed with rollers and restores it in water, so the entire cultivation bed completely absorbs water and the sown seeds do not fly away when sowing. As the seeds all adhere to the cultivation bed, the germination of each part is averaged and the growth condition after germination is also uniform, resulting in a marked improvement in product quality and yield.
In addition, since roller squeezing allows continuous processing without dividing the cultivation bed as in the conventional method, the labor and time required for processing are greatly reduced, and there is almost no fatigue on the part of the operator.
