いる。これらの害を防ぐ手段としてマンシヨン建
物全体又はベランダなど鳩が巣を設ける場所或は
止まる場所に網、或は特開昭54−85963に開示さ
れたようなフイルムを展張するか、或は金網を使
用して防衛しているのが現状である。しかしなが
ら、合成樹脂製の網或はフイルムは可燃性であ
り、一旦火災が発生すると建物全体が炎につつま
れてしまうという危険性を有している。一方、金
網は重々しい感じがあり、更に発錆するという問

収束したものであり、糸条の表面に鳥類の忌避剤
含有塗膜を設けてあることを特徴とする防鳥網で

本考案の不燃性糸条としてはガラス繊維の他ロ

形、角目、長方形等が使用出来る。これらの編み
方としては改良もじ網の場合を例示したが結節網
にすれば丈夫であり、織網等その他の形でも良
い。縦横の寸法安定性の点で格子状のものが好ま
しい。これらの編網後、目くずれを防いだり、後
処理の接着性を向上させる為に収束剤(接着剤)
により処理されたものが望ましい。適当な収束剤
としては塩化ビニル系等の自己消火性を有する合
成樹脂を主成分として含むものが好ましいものと
して挙げられる。網目の糸条の間隔は10×10m/
m〜80×80m/mがよいが、望ましいのは20×20
〜50×50m/m、糸条は50〜400本の繊維を収束
して0.03〜0.8mm程度の糸条径にしたものを更に
それらを収束して2〜5m/程度のものが鳥の大
きさ及び鳥の体重、衝突時の衝撃を考慮した強度

線吸収剤を配合して耐候性を向上させることが出

色の染顔料が含まれる。臭覚的忌避剤としてはジ
アリルジスルフイド等揮発性の悪臭化合物が知ら
れている。一般的に臭覚的忌避剤の使い方は単体
で畑に散布するなどして使用されるため難揮発性
であることが必要であつたが、本考案の場合は塗
膜中に混合するため易揮発性のものであつても使
用出来、選択範囲が広くなる。他に味覚的忌避剤
例えばテトラメチルチユウラムジスルフイド等も
知られているが、本考案に使用しても効果は相対

(考案の効果)
本考案は以上の様に構成してあるので従来の可
燃性の合成樹脂の網状体と異なり網本体が不撚性
繊維であるので、火災に安全であり、錆びること
も無い。本考案の糸条は、多数の細い不燃性単繊
維を収束したものを用いているので、強度と共に
柔軟性を兼ね備えている。そのためにガラス繊維
のように本質的に柔軟性に乏しい素材を用いた場
合にも、鳥の衝突等大きな力に耐える太さの糸条
を用いて編網することが可能になる。且つ忌避剤
が含有した外層を有するので鳥類が飛来して止ま
ることも無いので防鳥の目的を達し得る。また塗
膜には視覚的忌避剤、臭覚的忌避剤、味覚的忌避
剤の各種忌避剤の混合、或は上述の如く種々の臭
覚的忌避剤を混合して使用すると、一つの網で長
期に亘つて各種の防鳥効果を発揮させることも可
