In the structure in which the compressed objects 3 are rolled, the temperature of the compressed objects 3 is mainly caused by the heat transferred from the conveyor belt 1.2 to the compressed objects 3 by thermal conduction via the rolls 5..., 7... It is assumed that this will be determined.

The object to be compressed is uniformly pressurized. Furthermore, the temperature of the object to be compressed is adjusted by blowing out hot air or cold air from the air holes formed in the structure. Furthermore, the hot or cold air blown from the ventilation holes is blown directly onto the conveyor belt through the gap between the press rolls, heating or cooling the object to be compressed, so the temperature of the object to be compressed can be efficiently adjusted. be done.

This is done by sandwiching the conveyor belts 11 and 12 from above and below with the press rolls 20 of the body 16, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. Further, the pressure force can be adjusted by adjusting the vertical position of the structure 16 using the support member 17. Therefore, in this embodiment, since three structures I6 are provided, each of the three structures 16 can be press-molded at a desired pressure.

る。When press rolls 20 sandwich the conveyor belts 11, 12 from above and below to pressurize the object to be compressed, the support bearings 22 support both ends of the press rolls 20, so the axis of the press rolls 20 Although parts other than the support part try to bend, this bending deformation is prevented by the support roll 21. Therefore, even if the pressing force is increased, the press roll 2
The amount of deflection at 0 can be controlled to a minute value within the allowable range. Therefore, the object 10 to be compressed can be uniformly pressurized. Furthermore, when press-forming the compressed object IO, three vertically movable structures 16 equipped with press rolls 20 are provided.
The pressing force can be adjusted appropriately for each of the three structures 16.

The heated or cooled air is blown out as shown in FIG. 4, for example. Here, the hot air or cold air blown out from the blow holes 25... is blown directly onto the conveyor belt 11.12, so that the object 10 to be compressed can be directly heated or cooled via the conveyor belt 11.12. Therefore, the temperature of the object 10 to be compressed can be controlled much more efficiently than heating by line contact via press rolls as in the conventional apparatus. Therefore, the object 10 to be compressed can be heated to a desired temperature and molded under desired pressurizing conditions.
