(2) Prior art Intraoral X-ray photography (hereinafter referred to as dental X-ray photography), which has been commonly performed in the past, involves placing an X-ray source outside the oral cavity of the patient in a sitting or supine position, and placing a dental film inside the oral cavity. This is a method of inserting and holding the teeth, irradiating X-rays from the X-ray source to the tooth region to be photographed, and photographing the tooth on the film. Dental X used for this
The X-ray energy emitted from the X-ray tube device (called the head) of the X-ray device normally reaches approximately 300 mrad in one imaging session, which is common for chest X-ray imaging.
Although it is much stronger than 100 mrad, in many commercial dental clinics, the above device is installed in each treatment chair and images are taken. For this reason, aside from patients who are temporarily exposed to radiation, radiation protection has been neglected for doctors and dental hygienists who are repeatedly exposed to secondary X-rays emitted from the head in all directions and from patients, walls, floors, etc. The current situation is that In recent years, tube voltages have been increasing to emit hard X-rays in order to obtain images with large penetrating power and high diagnostic ability, and radiation protection measures for doctors are an urgent issue. Currently, many dental clinics in the city have a panoramic X-ray device or a panoramic cephalometric X-ray device installed in the X-ray protection room, and if the above-mentioned dental X-ray device is installed in the existing protection room, The above problem is solved. However, while the above-mentioned panoramic or panoramic cephalometric X-ray apparatus does not require a treatment chair with a safe table for imaging, a dental X-ray apparatus cannot take images without a chair equipped with a safe table. However, currently on the market, the only chairs that are equipped with a safety table are the dental treatment chairs mentioned above and the otorhinolaryngology treatment chairs, which are floor-mounted chairs and are high-quality, expensive, and large-sized chairs that are equipped with complex mechanisms such as elevating and lowering mechanisms and back tilting mechanisms. Only those are commercially available. Therefore, in order to install a dental X-ray device in a protective room, it is necessary to install the large chair mentioned above, which increases the area occupied by the protective room and significantly increases equipment and setup costs. It is no exaggeration to say that this is hindering the promotion of protective measures. In addition, not only for use with the above-mentioned dental X-ray apparatus, but also for cranial photography, otorhinolaryngological diagnosis, etc., when a headrest is required in a sitting position, a large high-class chair such as the one described above must be prepared.

(3) Purpose The purpose of this invention was made in view of the above-mentioned current situation. For example, when taking a dental X-ray, the patient's body position is not necessarily supine, but only the head is placed on a tranquil stand while the patient is sitting on a chair. Focusing on the fact that it is possible to photograph any part of the body by tilting it forward or backward, we attached a headrest to an ordinary chair and made the patient assume a sitting position. . Among the above-mentioned ordinary chairs, a metal frame chair whose frame is formed by bending metal pipes, which is generally called a pipe chair, is suitable as a chair that can be easily attached to a safe space. This chair has a simple structure, is lightweight, has standardized dimensions, and is not only inexpensive, but most of the chairs are also foldable, and by attaching a headrest to it, it is possible to hold patients in a narrow protective room. It is suitable for sitting on a chair, and if the metal frame chair is foldable, it can be folded and moved or stored while the headrest is attached.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a chair for X-ray photography that is simple in structure, small, convenient, and inexpensive, and particularly promotes radiation protection measures for dental X-ray photography.

(4) Structure Next, we will discuss the gist of the structure of this invention.
The head positioning mechanism of this invention has the same function as a so-called head rest installed in a dental treatment chair, for example, but it has an extendable mechanism that holds the head rest and expands and contracts according to the sitting height of the patient. The flexible arm is provided with, for example, a fastening bolt with a handle for fixing the support rod at an arbitrary length to a connecting rod that slidably holds the support rod that connects the safe head to its tip. Next, the metal frame chair of this invention is a one-seater chair with a frame usually made of metal pipe material and consisting of a seat and a backrest, and is mainly used for meetings and gatherings, and most of the chairs are foldable. A fixed beam made of, for example, a pipe material having approximately the same diameter as the frame of the chair is provided, which engages the telescopic arm connected to the above-mentioned headrest orthogonally through a locking member, and this fixed beam is attached to the back of the chair. It is configured to be securely fixed to both sides of the frame near the backrest of the chair using various types of installation means that are horizontally hung approximately parallel to each other with a slight distance from each other. The above-mentioned erection means differ depending on the shape of the fixed beam, i.e., straight pipe, U-shape, or arcuate shape, and the pipe connecting member may also be other than a spherical connector generally called a ball clamp. With the above configuration, the telescoping arm can be placed with its lower end in contact with, for example, the rear edge of the seat surface, slightly inclined to the seat surface, and substantially parallel to the spine of a patient sitting in a chair. In terms of head positioning function, this is a head rest for a metal frame chair that has the same effect as a high-end treatment chair.

(5) Examples Examples of this invention will be described below using the drawings. FIG. 1 is an external perspective view showing a state in which a telescoping arm of a metal frame chair headrest according to an embodiment of the present invention is combined with a known headrest, that is, a head positioning mechanism. The head positioning mechanism (hereinafter referred to as a headrest) 2 shown as an embodiment is a well-known mechanism used in conventional treatment chairs, and will be briefly explained. The head seat 7 is pivotally supported by a support shaft 8 of a fulcrum 9 so as to be able to swing freely in the direction of the arrow a, and the support 9 is connected to an adjustment rod 10 with a circular cross section by a fastening member 11 or by means such as welding. There is. A hooking/unhooking mechanism 12 through which the adjustment rod 10 passes is incorporated into a base 3 at the top of the telescoping arm 1, which will be described later, to connect the above-mentioned headrest 2 and the telescoping arm 1. When the handle 13 of the above-mentioned hanging mechanism 12 is turned clockwise, for example, the member 15 in the bowl-shaped coupling 14 releases its tension, and the adjusting rod 10 can be swung in the direction of the arrow b, and the head seat 7 can be moved in the direction of the arrow c. After moving the handle 13 freely in the direction and locating the desired position,
The adjustment rod 10 is fixed by turning the adjustment rod counterclockwise. As mentioned above, this rest table is an example of one installed in a conventional treatment chair, and in this invention, the adjustment rod 10 is fixed. The configuration is not limited, and any other configuration may be used. The main part of this invention is the above-mentioned known mechanism 2, that is, a telescoping arm 1 which connects the safety table with a base 3 at the top thereof.
This is a structure in which the chair is erected on a metal frame chair via a fixed beam. The telescopic arm 1 is composed of a rectangular cylindrical connecting rod 6, and a support rod 4 which is slidably installed inside the connecting rod 6 and has the base 3 connected to the top with a screw 5 or the like. The connecting rod 6 has an inner cavity in which the support rod 4 having a rectangular cross section can slide, and the length thereof is
Although L 2 is a rectangular cylindrical body, for example, about 1.5 times the size of L 1 of the support rod 4, a U-shaped odd-shaped bar having an open side A as shown in the figure may also be used. Reference numeral 17 is provided on the upper part of the connecting rod, and the support rod 4 is adjusted to an arbitrary position, that is, the height of the head support plate 7 according to the sitting height of the patient, and is fixed. It is a bolt with a handle. Reference numeral 18 denotes a locking member that projects from approximately the center of the connecting rod 6 and engages a fixed beam described below in a perpendicular manner. The locking member 18 is not limited to the U-shape shown in the drawings, but may be of an integral bearing type. This locking member 18 is provided at a position where the distance L3 from the lower end 6E of the telescoping arm 1 is at least 25 cm according to a configuration described later. FIG. 2 is an external oblique view of the first embodiment of the fixed beam and its erection means, which are the essential parts of this invention for attaching the telescopic arm 1 to the metal frame chair 19. A fixed beam 20A that engages with a locking member 18 protruding from the connecting rod 6 and is perpendicular to the telescopic arm 1.
is made of a pipe material having approximately the same diameter as the pipe diameter of the frame 22 of the metal frame chair 19, as shown in the figure.
It is molded into a U-shape, and the openings at both ends are finished into a semicircular shape by sealing members 23. The length of the long side 24 of the fixed beam 20A parallel to the backrest 25 of the chair is approximately equal to the dimension B shown in the figure, and the frame 2
The short side 26 orthogonal to the fixed beam 20A, that is, the bent side of the fixed beam 20A, is usually about 10 cm. This part 26
The distal end of the pipe is made to cross the frame 22 at right angles at a position close to the backrest 25 of the chair, and is firmly tightened with the bolt of the pipe connecting member 28. The pipe connecting member 28 is generally commercially available as a ball clamp for use in pipe assembly display shelves in stores and showrooms. Although it is convenient to use a spherical clamp, the above-mentioned spherical clamp connects three pipes so that they are perpendicular to each other, and in this invention, it is sufficient to connect two pipes, and it is not necessarily the case that the above-mentioned commercially available clamp is used. It doesn't have to be. In this way, when the fixed beam 20A is installed substantially parallel to the rear of the center part of the backrest 25 with a slight gap, the arm is located at a distance of L 3 , that is, about 25 cm from the position of the locking member 18 of the telescopic arm 1 described above. The lower end 6E contacts the rear edge of the seat surface 29 of the chair. Therefore, the telescoping arm 1 is stably erected by the engagement point of the fixed beam 20A and the above-mentioned abutment point at an angle slightly inclined to the seat surface 29 and almost parallel to the spine of the patient sitting on the chair 21. The head positioning mechanism 2 at the tip of the arm can function as a head rest. Next, a second embodiment of the fixed beam and its erection means will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 3 is a local plan view from above showing the construction means for horizontally suspending the arc-shaped fixed beam 20B behind the back of the chair, and parts unrelated to construction are omitted. The arc-shaped fixed beam 20B, like the above-mentioned 20A, is made of a pipe material having approximately the same diameter as the chair frame 22, and is formed with an arc diameter R2 that is much smaller than the arc diameter R1 of the backrest 25 of the chair. Therefore, both ends of the chair backrest 2
Even if the frame 22 in the vicinity of the frame 25 is connected to the frame 22 using the pipe connecting member 28, such as a spherical clamp, it is possible to provide the desired distance S between the backrest 25 and the fixed beam 20B, as explained in FIG. Therefore, the vertical angle of the telescopic arm 1 can be obtained. FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a third embodiment of the fixed beam and its erection means. The fixed beam 20C in this example is in the shape of a straight tube, and its length L 4 is determined from the dimension B explained in FIG. 2, for example. It is made about 15cm long. The construction means in this example includes a pair of construction pipe members 301 having a length L 5, which is about 1/3 of the length L 4 of the straight fixed beam 20C, interposed between the fixed beam 20C and the chair frame 22 at right angles to each other. , a method of coupling using the pipe connecting member 28 described above. In this embodiment, the number of members required for construction, that is, the construction pipe member 30 and the pipe connecting member 28 is 1.
On the other hand, it is not only easy to make the fixed beam 20C, but it can also accommodate changes in the frame dimensions B of the chair 21, and the desired distance S behind the backrest can be freely adjusted. , has the feature that the angle at which the telescopic arm 1 is erected can be easily set. Next, a fourth embodiment of this invention will be explained with reference to FIG. Figure A is a local plan view similar to Figures 3 and 4, and Figure B is a local side view showing the erection means. The straight tubular fixed beam 20C is the same as that shown in FIG. 4, and the means for erecting it is a pair of connecting members 31 made of, for example, a cast body formed into a special shape. This connecting member 31 has a distance between pipes corresponding to setting a desired interval S.
A frame connecting end 34 having L 6 and having a recess into which the chair frame 22 is fitted at one end, and tightening a locking piece 32 which holds the frame 22 and also has a recess with several bolts 33 A bearing-type fixed beam coupling end 36 is provided at the other end, which has a through hole 35 into which, for example, the fixed beam 20C is inserted. The fixed beam 20C is inserted into the above-mentioned through hole, and two bolts 3 with a 90° phase difference are inserted.
7 is tightened. The telescoping arm 1 is erected at an appropriate inclination angle as shown by the two-dot chain line in Figure B. The figure shows one example of the connecting member, and several shapes and methods of connecting at both ends other than those shown are conceivable. For example, if the fixed beam connecting end is made variable in the connecting position of the fixed beam 20C, the above-mentioned L6 can be adjusted, but this is not shown. FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the external appearance of a fifth embodiment of the safety platform of this invention, and the detailed explanation of the parts with the same symbols as in FIG. 2 will be omitted. The difference from the one in Figure 2 is the backrest 25.
For example, a pipe connecting member 2 is attached to a nearby frame 22.
Both ends of the fixed beam 20D connected by 8 form a horizontal protrusion 39 which protrudes horizontally forward in parallel to each other by about 20 to 30 cm, to which an armrest 40 is attached, for example. . The armrest 40 may be made of wood or a material made of wood covered with cushioning material such as leather to give it a good feel. Furthermore, although the figure shows a horizontal protrusion 39 formed by extending the tip of the U-shaped fixed beam 20A, the horizontal protrusion 39 may also be formed on the arc-shaped fixed beam 20B, and the construction shown in FIG. The pipe member 30 may be extended, and it is also easy to shape it into the connecting member 31 shown in FIG. In short, it is only necessary that the member connected to the frame in the vicinity of the backrest, which is common to the fixed beam installation means, be constructed so as to project in the horizontal direction. The safety table of this embodiment has the advantage that when a patient sits on a chair, the patient rests both elbows on the armrests, thereby increasing the stability of the patient's posture.

The above are five embodiments of this invention, but it goes without saying that this invention is not limited to the illustrations and explanations. The first is that the headstand is not limited to what is shown in the figure, and next, a folding pipe chair was illustrated and explained, but if it is a chair with a metal frame, the functional structure such as folding, the cross-sectional shape of the frame pipe, etc. This idea can be applied regardless of the case, and the frame may also be made of bar material. Furthermore, although the embodiment has been described in which the lower end of the telescoping arm is in contact with the rear edge of the seat, an abutting member may be provided at a location other than the rear edge of the seat. Therefore, the above contact is not necessarily required.
