Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 1.マンガン酸アルカリ金属塩及びアルカリ金属水酸化物よりなる水溶液を、該 水溶液に浸漬した非電気防食用陽極並びにイオンに対して多孔性のしかまイオン 多孔性重合体膜材料から形成されそして該陽極と陰極とを分離する隔膜として働 く容器中のアルカリ金属水酸化物の濃水溶液に浸漬したアルカリ抵抗性電極より なりしかも又該水溶液に浸漬した陰極により、電気分解酸化にかけて、マンガン 酸ブルカリ金属塩を過マンガン酸アルカリ金属塩に転化することよりなる、マン ガン酸アルカリ金属塩から過マンガン酸アルカリ金属塩を製造する方法。
- 2.該非電気防食用陽極が炭素電極である請求項1記載の方法。
- 3.該アルカリ抵抗性電極がステンレス鋼電極である請求項1記載の方法。
- 4.マンガン酸アルカリ金属塩及びアルカリ金属水酸化物の該水溶液の温度が約 50℃〜約80℃である請求項1記載の方法。
- 5.マンガン酸アルカリ金属塩及びアルカリ金属水酸化物の該水溶液中のアルカ リ金属水酸化物の濃度が、約0.1N〜約3Nである請求項1記載の方法。
- 6.該容器中のアルカリ金属水酸化物の該濃水溶液の濃度が約10N〜約25N である請求項1記載の方法。
- 7.マンガン酸アルカリ金属塩及びアルカリ金属水酸化物の該溶液中の該アルカ リ金属水酸化物が水酸化ナトリウムである請求項1記載の方法。
- 8.該容器中のアルカリ金属水酸化物の該濃水溶液中の該アルカリ金属水酸化物 が水酸化ナトリウムである請求項7記載の方法。
- 9.マンガン酸塩への過マンガン酸塩の還元に少なくとも一部起因してその中の 過マンガン酸塩の低下する濃度の理由により低下した処理能率のレベルに達した アルカリ性過マンガン酸塩処理浴を処理する方法において、該浴に浸漬した非電 気防食用陽極並びにイオンに対して多孔性のしかまイオン多孔性重合体膜材料か ら形成されさらに該陽極と陰極とを分離する隔膜として働く容器中のアルカリ金 属水酸化物の濃水溶液に浸漬したアルカリ抵抗性電極よりなうしかも又該浴に浸 漬した陰極により、該浴を電気分解酸化にかけて、該浴中の該マンガン酸塩の少 なくとも一部を過マンガン酸塩に転化することよりなる方法。
- 10.過マンガン酸塩の前記の低下する濃度が、さらに二酸化マンガンヘの該過 マンガン酸塩の還元に起因する請求項9記載の方法。
- 11.低下した処理能率のレベルに達した該過マンガン酸塩処理浴を処理して、 それを該電気分解酸化にかける前に、それから二酸化マンガンを除く請求項10 記載の方法。
- 12.該非電気防食用陽極が炭素電極である請求項9記載の方法。
- 13.該アルカリ抵抗性電極がステンレス鋼電極である請求項9記載の方法。
- 14.該電気分解酸化にかけられたとき、低下した処理能率の該浴の温度が、約 50℃〜約80℃である請求項9記載の方法。
- 15.該電気分解酸化時の低下した処理能率の該浴中のアルカリ金属水酸化物の 濃度が約0.1N〜約3Nである請求項9記載の方法。
- 16.該容器中のアルカリ金属水酸化物の該濃水溶液の濃度が約10N〜約25 Nである請求項9記載の方法。
